How to transfer your boat onto a new trailer. On Land!

This happened to work out very easily for me.
A few things to consider before attempting this:
-Watch carefully the stability of the boat as you winch it
-keep the winch tension tight to maintain stability
-have the jack situated where you can move the bow up/down
Ideally you'd drive both trailers and boat to the ramp and transfer there, but if your trailer rusts through badly, driving is dangerous.
The rust on my trailer was hiding and upon hitting a speed bump that rear cross-member broke nearly in half!
