Hi Mate thanks for this I'm about to do mine, this will help. Mine is smaller 16" and no motor as yet so lighter and due to the fact I need to do Fiberglass work on Hull it is going to be interesting
It sits high on the trailer you made it easier for later on good safe job even if it was a little overkill you made sure your $$$ were protected good job
It was quite easy I hooked the trailer up reversed up to the boat .Then put the wife in the Ute with her foot on the brake and car in neutral. Slowly winched the trailer back under the boat and removed tyres as I needed
Music Islife I hooked the trailer up to the truck reversed to the boat as I was witching the person in the truck would take there foot of the brake and essentially the boat dragged the trailer and truck backward under the boat
Wow,awesome effort, as I'm about to do the same over the next week some time but in the garage. Very encouraging encouraging and great to see the family effort. Well done.😃👍
I contacted a lot of tyre companies some would let me take them others wouldn’t I just took the trailer down and grabbed them. Then to dispose of them cost me $1.50 each at the tyre recycling plant I think it cost me about $80
Great Video thanks . Cleared some queries. I feel confident enough to try it out
Impressive. Think tires would work on a skip jack? 7500 lbs
I am sure the tyre bloke was happy to palm them off .lol
very useful - thanks mate!
The woooow at the end was the best part lol
Thanks for watching
where you get all the tyres from lol
just the local tyre places

Would you not have got away with two tyres high. I am going to drop mine onto tyres and I am hoping two tyres high will be enough
Yes I only put 2 under the keel all the rest were mainly for keeping the boat level
Also I was making sure it was easier to reload back onto the trailer as for 2 tyres mine is a 21degree dead rise

Meat Pie ! So, did you remove the trailer once it was lined up and winch it under the boat?

Scott Foster awesome. I need to take mine off but I don't have any completely flat ground at my house. It's going to be challenging :/

I’m finding private owner with a small pond and drop it their. Then work on my trailer at home. Once done go back and pick up the boat.
This was a great video until you pulled out the tires smh
Where did you get all those tires? You own a tire surplus warehouse? 😂
