Interesting in his personal eccentricities doesn't translate to interesting writing or creative ability, I guess. Plus, he's gotten old. There's a reason no one goes to a Rolling Stones concert and asks for the newer stuff.
That's a good question but I think the answer may be somewhat simple. Vince simply doesn't think of himself and the way he is as anything particularly interesting. From all accounts, it seems like Vince doesn't have much exposure to common widespread culture. He doesn't watch TV much, doesn't follow contemporary music trends much, and is basically 100% focused on his business, for better or worse. So this results in a perspective where what he thinks is interesting (his infamous "That's good shit!" thing where he says that in approval of things greenlit for WWE product) is kind of weird and out of touch with the tastes of many people out there. It's kind of like how people like Dean Malenko and Lance Storm in shoot interviews actually come off as witty characters whereas their in-ring personas were as dry as Melba Toast. you're in the right place! :P
I Fucking love Cornette. When he starts cracking up, it makes me laugh out loud every time. lol. I wish I could see a video of this instead of just the audio.
Jerry Lawler said Vince loved to push people in the pool. He said Vince tried with him once but Vince is the one that went in.
VKM 100% hates nodding, he claims it's someone trying to "influence the room."
This video is going to make alot of money
if Vince was shocked when he found out that some men find Asian women attractive then his jaw probably hit the floor when he found out some men are attracted to black women
Imagine his jaw if somone told him kharma was the sexiest thing on the planet.
Doubt it because black women are the most beautiful women in the world. And by black I mean melanin in their skin. Also black women are the mothers of humanity every single human on earth has dna of black women in them

The turban story @ 12:50 cracks me up. I actually heard someone tell that story who wasn't even associated with the wrestling community. It was late comic Patrice O'Neal (RIP) who spoke about it in an interview on the Opie and Anthony radio show. Patrice worked as a writer for WWE for literally a few days before he quit when he realized that you have to travel 24/7 lol.
He said it was surreal to watch Singh plead to leave the turban out of the equation, and that Vince just replied "You're gonna put on the F'ing turban" LMAO
By pure chance, The Rock had to call into the Opie and Anthony show that day to promote whatever movie he had come out with at the time, and the Rock laughed and mentioned that same story when highlighting what a crazy world wrestling is behind the scenes lol.
T
Rest in peace patrice
After my dad and a few guys bought TNA and started pushing it real hard WWE started showing up and doing a show at every town TNA traveled to. He was a tough competitor in a billion dollar industry that has no competition
These stories are amazing!!! A true peak behind the curtain.
I was laughing so hard at these stories that I almost had to go to a local medical facility.
12:25 loved hearing the reference to Patrice O'neal's story about the month he was a writer. Jim, you gotta listen to his interviews with the Rock and HHH on Opie and Anthony (if only to hear HHH awkward silence as Patrice tells him that its Shane's destiny to takeover WWE
I’d put money that he’s heard them because he knows Sam Roberts and Jim Norton
Patrice was the funniest man, He was a special guy. Bloody miss him and look at the state of Billium Burr now, Patrice would verbally eviscerate William if he were still around.
So now I actually think about it, I miss both of them, Patrice, I miss more though.
@@nekromachine Why, what's the matter with Burr now?
@ He's not a complete member of the He-Man Woman Haters Club anymore. But their fat bloated hero Patrice was raising a kid that wasn't his and simping for Von DeCarlo, no matter what he said in his stand ups. Patrice was a simp who could spin a yarn, and much like how Archie Bunker was actually a tool to be ridiculed, there's a bunch of losers who actually take the shit literally like gospel.
Cornette sold the "I'm ok" too much...they asked you once just go
If even a quarter of what people have said about Vince McMahon over the years is true, he is one of the most bonkers human beings alive.
Patrice O'Neal of all people years ago spoke on the Tiger Ali Singh and D'Lo Brown encounter. What an absolutely fucking classic Vince story.
There needs to be a high budget full length movie (or TV series) just based on McMahon's life. I'm so interested in this insane man.
Definitely a series with 40+ min episodes...multiple seasons lol
Cici Bros. is the name of the landscaping company that handles the Conyers Farm gated community Vince lived in.
It’s nice to hear the happy side of Jim. He’s usually so salty.

Algorithm sent me here after listening to cornys rants on Vince's perversions!😅
How is Vince so interesting, but Raw and Smackdown are boring AF?
Can't remember the last time I laughed this hard
Interesting in his personal eccentricities doesn't translate to interesting writing or creative ability, I guess. Plus, he's gotten old. There's a reason no one goes to a Rolling Stones concert and asks for the newer stuff.
LOL mainly because it's a public company now, not the Attitude Era... plus Vince is 20 years older now
ang, maybe it's because Vince is semi-retired...
plus wasting so much time on the XFL...
Truth can be stranger than fiction.
I'm inclined to believe the sneezing story is true. Stone Cold's book had a section where he talked about Vince, and he said Vince hated sneezing and would "cuss a blue streak after a good sneeze or two".
If Vince had his own show just about him it would be through the roof. He is definitely a Different breed of human lol.
“Shelton” 🤣👌🏻
When you realize Vince in character is more tame than Vince in real life.
