Whats easy to see is that "Mr. McMahon" is Vince. The straight-laced commentator that we knew from the late 70's through the mid-90s is what was actually the act. And it shouldn't be that surprising given how so EASILY Vince transitioned into the "Mr. McMahon" character, with almost no seeming effort. It seemed to come off so quickly and naturally for him. And then you go back and watch commentator Vince, and you realize THATS what took more effort for him. Because it wasn't really him.

Should know by now Kev, billionaires don’t go to prison regardless of guilt. Criminal charges are a waste of time. The only way to hurt a billionaire is in the wallet, and even then…the damages in the civil suit are a drop in the bucket for him. Billionaires always win, even when they lose.
Epstein was close to a billionaire. In 2020, there were TWO, not one, billionaires sent to prison. There have been at least a dozen billionaires or former billionaires sentenced to prison at one time or another. So that's not true.
Sex Trafficking however is quite another thing though. If there wasn't Sex Trafficking, then yeah Vince doesn't see 1 day in jail. BUT the Sex Trafficking isn't something the Fed softballs. The Sex Trafficking makes Vince seeing jailtime a little more real than it would have been otherwise.

The Board finds McMahon made additional NDAs with other female former WWE employees involving misconduct claims against McMahon and John Laurinaitis. June 17, 2022, morning: WWE announces Vince McMahon is stepping back as CEO and Chairman on an interim basis for the duration of an investigation by WWE Board of directors.
The issue that Kevin doesn't get is...she was about to lose her apartment, Vince started helping her as a "nice guy" then started making her do worse things. When she said she didnt want to do it anymore he not only said he would take away her apartment but also that he would release the photos of her. That would be revenge porn...it would be blackmail (all illegal) and it would be become a sex crime as you are now making her do these sex acts with threats of a illegal nature.
@juanel589 doesn't matter if she got money and gifts. Once you start threatening to reveal nude photos (that's revenge porn which is now a crime in many places and blackmail which was always a crime) of someone if they don't keep having sex it becomes all kinds of crimes including rape. Let's give an extremely generous example and say you are involved in a 100% consensual relationship where you gave a woman money and took nude photos of her. One day she says she doesn't want to have sex with you any more so you say if she stops you will put her pictures all over social media. Now she does have sex with you because she doesn't want that to happen. So you have now used illegal coercion to get her to have sex with you. Now that's rape regardless of any consenting or money exchange that might have happened previously or any additional money exchange that might happen after.
You have to remember that Kevin, a conceal carry permit holder, also votes for politicians who work tirelessly to revoke those rights. Not the brightest bulb
@FIGHTFOREVERDESIGNS Unlikely, considering he voted against Vince coming back last year. More to the point, he's going to have to tow the TKO line if he wants to keep his job. Vince is over.

Kevin Nash's take on this was terrible. Nash somehow impuning the credentials of Janel Grant's lawyer because of her looks was disgusting. It's a shame Nash cannot call out Vince for what he is and burying his head in the sand is all because he worked on a big stage for Vince. It's caused me to lose some respect for him. It's exactly what Grant's lawyer is describing when she mentioned the toxic behavior in the company culture being overlooked.
I think he's sincerely on Vince's side here. Let's not forget, TKO is going to be looking to run, not walk, away from anyone they see as having been close to Vince. It's only a matter of time before Bruce is "asked to resign," for example.

I listen to Nash on and off and I think it’s bizarre that he equates your ability to be successful with your physical appearance - or maybe it’s just lawyers. He defended Jericho, who I promise you got berated by AEW lawyers for saying completely stupid things about active litigation on Twitter, because Stephen P. New “looks like a mark.” He may - one that’s made a hell of a lot of money on relatively stress free tort work. Anne Callis’ father was a political organizer/influencer and she was on the bench for almost 20 years. Maybe she got there through nepotism, but she retired as Chief and created Illinois’ entire VA court. Also, she’s not unattractive. Nash: “She has short hair and looks like she went to University of Phoenix, no way she can defend a cross-examination.” What the hell? I’m a lawyer. I think I’m pretty fucking good. I won a lot of trials including some I probably shouldn’t have - just bested opposing counsel. But…I don’t look like Brad Pitt and I’m 5’6”. Guess I suck.
It's easy for Nash to say he wouldn't go after generational wealth if he were abused like this, he's already rich and he's a seven-foot monster who would never be intimidated like that to begin with.
You’ll be hard pressed to find any of these old WWE guys like Nash to say anything negative about Vince. They’ve all had their careers controlled by Vince for so long, that they’re subconsciously going to protect their residuals and Legends contracts.
What are guys talking about? Half of the wrestlers couldn't stomach Vince. Didn't you watch the video? Kevin said he doesn't want it to be true because of his close relationship with Vinces kids and triple H. You forget that the lives and relationships built in the wrestling business. Now all that is gonna be tainted and Kev knows that. It's you guys that are being the insensitive pricks.
@@DevilsbloodIt's "insensitive" to say Nash isn't going to say anything bad because of Stockholm syndrome or trauma bonding? Because that's actually incredibly generous. No one is "tainting" anyone's life because the things Vince was doing are now public. Vince did that himself. Nash knew and knows but he's covering. Insinuating he's doing this for family and "doesn't want it to be true" is absurd. Notice the language. If somebody said this about someone you knew and it wasn't true, you'd be pissed off. There's no age-restriction on being groomed. Sometimes there's an investigation going on behind the scenes in private that prohibits other things going public (as in maybe things needed to be kept quiet before the Feds raided Vince's house, as an example). The board didn't let Vince back, he pulled a fast one and essentially blackmailed the board to having him back. Trips fumbled the question; it's his job in his position to know what the complaint was. He should've just said "I can't comment" rather than his rambling-on about looking at the positive (I genuinely hope Trips isn't involved in the whole thing). Can't be consensual when Johnny Ace has essentially said he only did what he did because Vince forced him, in that, there's no such thing as consensual rape. Throwing accusations on a female lawyer's ability to practice law based on how she looks is not helping your case, and as some will know, a lawyer doesn't need to be an expert in grooming because they bring-in experts. Vince will have his day in court, he will most-likely be found guilty. I'm stopping listening to this at 12:26 because I don't feel like carrying on, as this feels like someone is trying to cover for their friend. All credibility is lost when someone makes the "Why didn't they come forward sooner?" argument.
I got so much hate online for saying basically what Kevin said. She wasn't a child it takes two to tango and ahe cld have put an end to this anytime she wanted. She kept showing up to these sexual assault allegations trysts and participating. She was after the money all along and when he stopped paying thats when she came forward. She's also to blame for the situations she participated in. In my eyes they are both degenerates and neither one are innocent.
If someone promised you 3 million but only gave 1 million, you would want the other 2. Of course it's about the $$ & broken promises. Vince made a woman scorn. It's not about the physical acts. You & Kev should read the comment section for clarity.
Her parents left a lot of debt. She wanted money, Vince knew she wanted money and reneged on their deal. There was a lot of text book grooming - slowly pushing boundaries over a long period of time to see how much he could get away with. That doesn't mean she's a child. Adults are groomed into cults.
@@francissobotka8725 I didn't mean to imply the debt transferred. The parents had a lot of debt which wiped out their assets. She would have been accustomed to living a certain way, that disappeared overnight. They lived in the same building as Vince. She wanted money. Assuming the allegations are true, I imagine she stayed because she needed the job and was terrified of having all the pictures/videos leaked to destroy her reputation (and thus she can't find another job). Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Let's clarify something incel, all of that is just fine if it started consensual. The point is the texts CLEARLY indicate she got tired of it, she withdrew consent, and Vince pressed on saying "no means yes." Also, you don't get to promise a human being as leverage during contract negotiations. Human trafficking is a felony, whether you thought or Vince thought past activity meant implied consent going forward. And Vince didn't pay her what he agreed to, which is why he's being correctly sued now. This would've all been prevented if that billionaire weasel paid her what he promised. Get it now?
It’s much harder to judge and believe someone is capable of things when you know them personally. Vince McMahon is one of those guys you watch from afar and/or removed from the world his power yields, and your gut just tells you “This dude is not a decent person IRL either”
After 17:50 of Strong Opinions ... NASH mentions he just glanced through the 67 pages lol He says he doesnt want it to be true right after that revelation and this is why he didnt read it subconsciously
She doesn't deserve any money as she was calling him baby in text messages and not putting a forceful enough stop to it in my humble opinion. Vince is a pig and both of their reputations are ruined. Vince needs to sit in jail and these women seeking payouts need to be denied such money and stop trying to make a payday off these straight males.
Bottom line is she took the money and outed him when she never received the next million. I'm not buying her story. Yes it's despicable but it was a consensual agreement between adults. If it goes to trial she will never win. She will be destroyed on the witness stand. It's all about the money.
From my understanding is that a big part of the lawsuit isn't to get a "big pay off", it's prove the NDA she signed was never valid which she was under the impression suppressed her from speaking out thus unable to bring criminal charges. By proving the NDA is invalid in civil court, it also allows other people who signed these NDAs to speak out about what had happened whether or not what happened passed the stature of limitations. Also, who is to say Vince won't be up for criminal charges? Whether it is directly related to her claims or something else that will leak in the course of this case, the FBI is prepping for that conviction on a pole rematch at Summerslam.
@@johnv6806 That is what will be proven in this particular case and why we know as much as we know now, but there are people who may be vulnerable and don't know better at the time thus in a position to be easily coerced. I'm sure someone might read that and think, "How can someone be this stupid?". Whether it's buying a car or even arranging a funeral, people can be tricked into doing things they didn't plan on which includes leading to being scammed and abused. It happens everyday.
Kev has a lot of bad takes, but holy shit this is an all timer. People wish Benoit didn't kill his family either, Nash. But he fucking did. Just because you looked up to someone that ended up being an all time creep doesn't make him innocent.
Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, Sean Waltman, Scott Hall and Paul Levesque all have asterisks next to their names. Those guys have been extremely close to Vince since the 90's. Shawn Michaels knows the most but he probably won't snitch and tell at this point.
And Vince has significant dirt on Shawn, probably for things that have no statute of limitations if you catch my drift. You see how fast these guys are stooging and turning heel on each other with Johnny Ace turning on Vince. Vince will crucify anybody who throws him under bus. He's not going to go quietly. That's why Shawn babbled for 12 minutes and said absolutely nothing last week but "you know umm" 50 times
Geezus Nash, victim blaming and making excuses for Vince. This podcast has really shown him to be a total deuchebag over the last few years. Coming from a fan.
I disagree with Nash on most everything... However, where is he wrong here? Because he believes in due process? It's an allegation, let the trial take place before you bury somebody. Have you learned anything over the past few years?
Nash is clueless if he thinks the lawsuit wasn't prepared in a professional way. Lawyer Stephen P New says it was the best written lawsuit for something like this that he's ever seen. Read the entire 68 page lawsuit. It was perfect
Given that you guys waited a week to speak on this, I would have expected you to be better prepared. It has already been reported that McMahon is under federal investigation, and a search warrant was executed at his home several months ago. "Grooming" does not refer to the age of the victim, or even implied consent. It refers to the idea that a person in a position of real or perceived power uses that power to coerce another person into consenting to sexual acts that they may not otherwise consent to. If the allegations are true, this is a textbook case of grooming. This may have even started off as a consensual relationship that got out of hand, but if her story is true, it is clear that it did not meet the legal criteria of a consensual relationship by the end. Based on the text messages presented in her filing, it was clear that McMahon was using his power to coerce her into doing what he wanted her to do. She filed this suit as a result of McMahon's refusal to pay the money he agreed to pay when she signed the NDA. Given that hers is not the only one out there, nor is it the biggest, this is only the beginning.
The amount of people I've seen sticking up for Vince and making excuses for his behavior is just disgusting. Money over morals seems to be a common theme in society more and more.
Every time I see Kevin can not get the super shredder face outta my head. We are all human there is no perfect human. All we can do is empathize and maintain the accountability process.
Who else found it crazy that a dude like Kevin Nash was mumbling his way through a sentence calling Grants lawyer dumb (A woman who was a former prosecutor & judge that graduated Magna cum laude btw not bad for a “lil blonde girl”) simply astounding?? Then calling the 67 pages (he kept calling 63) not prepared correctly. Like wtf where did “Diesel” get his law degree from?? Holy shit man, just say you don’t know and we’ll have to see or something.
Vince offered to pay her $3 million, and after paying her just $1 million of that decided to not pay her any more. If he had done nothing to her I doubt he would have agreed to give her ANY money! He should have coughed up the other $2 million. She would have kept quite and he would have gotten away with it all, at least regarding her.
Kevin owes Vince quite a lot. There is no way in 1 million years Kevin will throw Vince in the shit house . such a shame that people still think about their careers when their careers are potentially over or place in the hall of Fame. Such a shame.
Vince wasn't allowed back by the board of directors, he overruled them. He had the majority voting power before the merger. It was structured to where nobody could remove Vince unless he voluntarily left.
Y'all remember when they found Chris Benoit and his family dead and Vince immediately decided to cancel raw and have a tribute show? That's a great example of making a public statement before the facts come out.
Nash is the only one that I saw support Vince. Nash said he didn’t even read the documents and made fun of other people’s podcasts for talking about it. At least they read it! I hope Vince goes to jail for this. He is disgusting and disturbing. I hope you can come to terms with this. You the Cliq have destroyed not just careers but lives. You messed Sunny up or didn’t help with her situation. Chyna’s career and death is the Cliq. Sean Waltman should be in jail for that. Chyna even tried to talk about it Nash…… you need to come to terms with this
Loved Kevin Nash's perspective on this horrific lawsuit on Vince McMahon. He has known Vince and the McMahon family for most of his life. I wish the same for Vince. I wish it's not true. I have a feeling that Janel Grant is after Vince's money. She did not say a word until she was stopped getting paid. This is all fishy.
1. All we have are allegations at this point. 2. Girls can be nasty too and agree to do nasty stuff. 3. If allegations are true, she went along with with everything until she didn’t get paid. 4. If allegations are true, and if Vince would’ve paid her, you never would’ve known she existed. That was quid pro quo. 5. It’s disgusting to cancel someone after mere allegations while he’s adamantly denying them.
I keep getting so disappointed man. Was a HUGE fan of Nash and the NWO, but the older I get, the more of a sour taste his words and beliefs put in my mouth. If this were Trump, Kevin would’ve going crazy and be absolutely LIVID. Yet Vince "this is nonsense and all about the money and reputation." He is denying that Vince is a predator and stating he would never act like this or doing something so out of hand.. Saying Vince isn’t a predator is like saying a Saltwater Crocodile is the safest pet to buy. This is EGREGIOUS.
The sheeple are out in full force, not knowing the difference between allegation and truth. People keep saying nobody's surprised, nobody's surprised. The easiest lies to make are the ones where nobody's surprised.
Kev is hesitant to say anything bad about Vince because of his relationship with him. He's said in the past Vince is like a second father to him. We should all crucify Vince for these horrible allegations, but i can understand a guy like Big Sexy not wanting to say too much bad shit about a dude that you see as a father figures and a guy that made you real rich.
Kevin Nash is so pathetic. He's saying wait for things to play out, then downplays Vince's habits and disparages the accuser and her attorney the entire time. The "Kliq" drank and pilled themselves silly because they were the ones doing dirty deeds for Vince. It's clear as day at this point. Nash said he wish he hadn't been brought in. He should grow a backbone and stop defending the guy who also fucked Nash over in regards to money. Vince also brainwashed Kev it sounds like. He's a master manipulator and so evil.

I said exactly this last week when discussing Vince. It seems like the "nice guy" commentator we grew up with in the 80's and 90's was the act and Mr McMahon character was actually the real Vince

It's funny you fail to mention all the money, gifts and cars she received.... This is a grown woman you're talking about not a teenager
She’s a grown ass woman. She could have easily walked away, but greed is a mf. When she didn’t get paid anymore, she went for it all.

The language in the lawsuit, specifically trafficking, got around the NDA
From my understanding is that a big part of the lawsuit isn't to get a "big pay off", it's prove the NDA she signed was never valid which she was under the impression suppressed her from speaking out thus unable to bring criminal charges. By proving the NDA is invalid in civil court, it also allows other people who signed these NDAs to speak out about what had happened whether or not what happened passed the stature of limitations. Also, who is to say Vince won't be up for criminal charges?

Janel was ok til the money stopped coming in....simp
And we have our first winner..
Every time I see Kevin can not get the super shredder face outta my head. We are all human there is no perfect human. All we can do is empathize and maintain the accountability process.
I feel like if I was Mr. Nash, I would be a bit concerned about those (currently) reducted names....
I thought Kevin Nash was super duper smart? But he doesn't know what Trauma Bonding is?
Was smart back in the day, now he sounds like he smokes 5 lbs of pot a day in recent interviews.
Chill he lost his kid he probably smokes all day to blur his mind
All the weed he smokes probably fried all his brain cells
He was never particularly smart, he just comes across that way because he's confident and acts like a know-it-all.
Kevin owes Vince quite a lot. There is no way in 1 million years Kevin will throw Vince in the shit house . such a shame that people still think about their careers when their careers are potentially over or place in the hall of Fame. Such a shame.
The male wrestlers fancied vince more than the female 1s
Because Vince had butt buddies
Vince wasn't allowed back by the board of directors, he overruled them. He had the majority voting power before the merger. It was structured to where nobody could remove Vince unless he voluntarily left.
Once again, the Browns got JACK from OJ in the civil suit.
They got the book and whatever it made.
Chyna even tried to talk about it
Nash…… you need to come to terms with this
Vince could have just gone to an escort service. Why sexually abuse your employees, and risk your company.
Kevin Nash and Sean looked the opposite way and I believe Nash was trying to figure out how to get another quick Payday out of the company
She's after the money that was agreed upon. If Vince honored the deal nobody would've known about this. He screwed himself...
If this is true that’s really sick and sad. People that are super Rich think they can do whatever the fuk they want.
They don’t think , they KNOW
if you can pay the fine its not illegal
@@robbymarton74 You should watch Hostel. Underrated movie
Well Vince reputation is hurt more now all those stories about him being an asshole and predator are true mostly likely are
damn you guys reallt don’t say anything. just rambling and yammering
That’s a great summary of the entire podcast library they have created
He's a master manipulator and so evil.
its kinda funny because Nash back stabbed thMcmahon who made him a start. Would you do that to your father?
Love to hear Kevin on another show.
why he is defending a criminal
