I saw this tour at The Channel in Boston. I talked to Tracii many years later, and out of left field he told me that Boston show was LA Guns best show?
The Channel was packed to the gills, and they put did put on an amazing show that night from what I remember.

Steve Riley was in a band here in Indianapolis,Indiana in the late 70's called Roadmaster. I've heard an album he was on, and they were pretty good, but very under rated.

Hey corky! Awesome video once again! Watched all the Mötley Crüe party videos and the substance intake was pretty shocking i must say lol! Was anything like that going on with LA Guns? You said they would drink a few beers but was that really it? Looking at your instagram, kelly was pretty heavy partier. That could be an idea for another video since i cant stop listening to those stories anyways haha!
Thank you!! LA Guns was not a big party band. Smoked weed and drank beer, occasionally whiskey, No one was like Motley Crue !
@@beforeiforget1985 Awesome! Well smoking weed and drinking beer sounds rather relaxing. I was just reading a Motley Crue fan blog in which they basically listed noteable crue incidents with dates. Im still mindblown and in disbelieve that theyre all still alive and kicking. The things they did on a daily basis are absolutely shocking. You know it first hand because you were there and partied with them.
The smell on the bus would be enough to make me want to quit 🤮 keep the stories coming! 🤘🏼

Edit; really would love to hear your opinion on how the band and members have ended up today. I really think this band was screwed by the grunge movment and ego's. I personally think this band is not a complete unit without every member. I seen almost every carnation of the band Phil and Steve to Phil and Tracii to the reunions. Imo LAG is not LAG without every original member but that's me. Would love to hear your take.
I agree. You need all 5 members for it to truly be the version of LAG that gave them worldwide recognition and fame. The first 3 albums by the original classic lineup are what defines LAG to me. Thanks for your comment !
I remember back when I was 17 I made it on Ratts tour bus with my then girlfriend lol. All I remember is that bus smelled horrible lol. Like cigarettes, flies and piss!

Yes. Usually a bus driver will stay with you for a month or two or sometimes more. He sleeps during the day usually or when the band is at the gig. Thanks for watching!

How would you compare L.A Guns to Motley Crue? I always thought l.a guns were a really greasy street punk kind of a band kinda like early crue.
