fraid that is not true in the comics or in BtBatB. Batman was trained by many people, including League of Assasins member David Cain, but was never trained by Ra's himself. Too my knowledge, outside of Arrow, Green Arrow has never been trained by Ra's Al ghoul, but he still should have been able to make that shot considering how good he is at marksmanship.
