Thanks for the video. I am currently in my second semester of engineering. I struggle to understand some concepts in my german textbooks sometimes, most concepts have different names in english so these summaries are very useful.
Hey Bro. I am already a mechanical engineer and I would like to know how a mechanical engineer can maintain his knowledge after graduation. I think it is important to keep making quick reviews of each subject or what are your thoughts about it?
I have been accepted into a few colleges with a major in Mechanical Engineering. I will need help when it comes to the technology side of Engineering, what do you suggest I do?
Is there anyhting wrong with taking 5 years to complete a mechanical engineering degree. Went into college without any pre-calc so I had to take those my first year. Currently finishing calc 2 in my second year but it looks like it will take me an extra 3 years to fully complete all of the classes. I have been doing very well in the math and engineering classes I have taken so far.
Is money your first priority? If possible it's better to focus on your studies first and when you feel like you can handle balancing the time between assignments, caring for yourself, and still feels there's extra time left, you may search for a job. But personally, I wouldn't work full time and study. A part time might be considered if I am desperate but not full time. Even students who didn't have job while studying was struggling in their studies. Working full time while studying especially engineering without above average time management skills might jeopardizing your studies performance, not saying you can't but, to give another perspective. I hope you can make the best choice for yourself. Goodluck!
100% the problem with most things taught in school is that they never tell you what you can actually use it for. saw a video of someone showing a visual representation of LERP's with various use-case examples and it finally clicked for me, if only someone had done that in school
