Could you make a video on, hardest project yo worked on and what are the challenges you face during that project & how did you solve that ,it would help me to in my daily work. I am also a mechanical engineer in an electronic firm.
mechanical design engineer work is similar to tightrope walking between mountain where the customer (wind), vender (a stick for balancing) , deadline ( length of rope), Final product ( is located at the other end of the mountain).
what's the difference between product designer and mechanical design ? and for product design is it just mostly cad ? i don't see how the course materials learned have to do with many product designs they seem to be mostly cad but i don't know just asking. For example how does mechanics of materials, statics, dynamics etc play a role in product design like the iPhone for example?
Great question. Depending on what you're designing, you will rely more on certain bodies of knowledge than others. For example, mechanics of materials is key for determining how materials and structures will respond under various loading modes and levels of stress/strain. Dynamics won't be as useful for designing something like a smartphone, with the exception of vibrations.
Product Design is typically covered by someone who studied at an art school and they do those exterior surfaces he mentioned. They will decide where the camera goes, where the buttons go, and generally define how a person will physically interact with the thing. Also the color and finish, will it be smooth, textured, soft touch, etc. they work with Mechanical engineers to realize their vision. Then the ME’s have to design every part, outside and in, that will make it all work mechanically - like he said with the product requirements becoming detailed designs for every part and and assembly such that Product Design, the vendors, factory, finance, purchasing, quality are all satisfied.
You will usually use the software provided by your employer, or if you’re a student, by your university, these softwares are usually expensive so people don’t get them for personal use. Oh and companies pick the software based on the kind of job you have to do, there are A LOT of engineering design programs, usually made for different purposes
Great information. I would like to ask, what Gpu are you using in ur work pc for doing cad? And what youmay recommend gpu for faster rendering and can hold multible part or sub-assembly. Thank you for your content🍻
Do you have resources for studying all of these things? Specifically assembly, inclusive of sealing, and optics like light pipes etc. I don't want the Parker handbook, I want real case studies and rules of thumb.
Smart people don't necessarily pursue careers like these! They require consistency and discipline. I have met a lot of really bright people that ended up dropping out because they got frustrated in the way. So don't get your hopes down, everybody can do engineering if they are willing to put the work in
I am an hvac engineer fresher intern could you tell - How to brag better (self advocacy) about myself when i don't have work experience in a positive way but create impact during interview with some examples so that it can lead to high salary.. which books would help in this scenario ..
Titanium is a poor choice for thermal conductivity. If your phone has ever overheated, you'll want aluminum. Coat it with a ceramic if you're concerned about scratch hardness.
@@Flamenfr0g He didn’t design the phone, but I still wanted to point out that exotic materials are chosen as much for marketing, as for performance. Anyway, even phone cases are thermal insulators, so the informed consumer has a choice to make.

Hi just found you video it's cool. I see you using window. How about using Linux is to design.
my jiga

That was coowell!
Great guy, and a peach of humanity! Shows why every person being should be allowed to reach their greatest potential.
Proud to be mechanical design engineer
Really useful video!
I will also try Jiga asap for my company

TECHNOLOGY IS AWESOMEEEEEEEEEE🗣🗣🗣💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥
Great video, but it seemed like you totally skipped over the drafting/product detail definition phase, gd&t etc. was that intentional?
He actually did when he referred to high level design and detailed design. Watch the video again.
Great Technology Video💙💙
Hello, could you please make a video on renewable energy? Like doing a masters in renewable energy, also the job roles and opportunities.
considering hes a mech. eng. no, prolly not.
The opportunitiess today are not with generating, but with batteriws
Hi friend , can you please share specifications of your PC system which you are using for mechanical Simulation & Desighing.
Exactly, please do so
Which is best software to design products.and for mechanical engineering which is the best carrier option according to t
You.

Very INFORMATIVE 👍

Thank you for your content🍻
RTX 4080 or 4090😁
thanks for the video 🎉
Im post bacc computer engineering student i eant to get into hardware design should i stay in CE or move to ME?

Bro mechanical engineering knowledge and skill development tutorial related videos upload
quality, affordable all at once, is impossible to find? no. way. lol
i am requesting for a list on softwares i can use for engineering designing
Can design or do you know someone who can design for me a diesel engine
For what purpose May I know?
WHICH APP CAN I USE TO DESIGN ENGINEERING PRODUCTS ON MY PHONE 📱
U serious ?
Onshape for CAD
If i was super smart this is the career path i would take

16:24 that's the name of Elon's child!
wow this content cool
Bro appriciated help me with creating more video related to design engineer
hi how r u
I need to know how to build my one factory
thanks for your content
Use FDM 3d printer to build your factory.
--->>my answer is not wrong but your question is not specific.

The purpose of the video was to explain product development. Not sure why you're adding a comment focused on the example lol

We need design of android mobile screen models and technology design....
bro explaning my diploma in mech. engineering in 19 mins ☠☠
Interesting
mold designer here

V10C🧐
thanksss
Just so the Mechanics can have a hard time.
cool
goo
I hate apple ... It's hard to watch this video . Left a like and subbed . Hoping there are no more fkn apple videos
womp womp
Same here 😅,
the video is about engineering designing vive but he bringing apple in there ruins the whole thing
