When I see a custom exhaust system on a car like this, means that someone put a lot care into this car for many years. For she is areal survive and she has been there for the test of time. The engine is a plus a long with drive chain . Nice old Impala and she can not be beat for the price.
I'm a life long Ford guy but Holy moly that Chevy sounds like a BEAST! when you really need to get from one red light to another very quickly and look cool doing it!
I really like the 62 impala. Just liked the look. Looks pretty clean inside and out. The engine sounds good too. This should be gone quick good luck and thanks for the ride. Big ups from so cal

The "car" itself after all of that is FREE.
BUT it runs. And DRIVES. Exceptionally well.
I'd put my grandkids in this classic with zero anxiety regarding safety and breakdowns.

True my friend oh so true about people complaining about price to high. For a blue collar man or woman it's a good price. Let them check out that Vanguard company in Michigan, that blue collar people would have to take out a 2nd or 3rd mortgage on their house to get one of his muscle cars and not one of those vehicles at Vanguard in Michigan under $100,000, oh forgive me there was one I seen it was $90,000. Lmao. If you don't want to put a lil bit of yourself into fixing the minor sh!t, then get from Vanguard!!! What a bunch of whiners!!! My God have some pride and, add a little of yourself into a ol' time muscle car!!!!! Only real problem with my man at Maple Motors is that he's to honest about the vehicle that he is testing and going over all the flaws for us, just to honest!!!! I like it and keep doing what you are doing... Honesty is the best policy!!!!

I can't believe people complain about the price of this car. Yes it's not an original 409 SS car but this car is in very good shape and it's got a very rare engine. If this were an original 409SS car the price would be easily be double of what they're asking. The price that this car has on it is a respectable price! If you think it's too high, you don't know anything about these cars. Anyone who knows these cars will pick this one up quickly! I know I would If I had the funds!
We bought our 62 original SS409 about a year ago. We paid close to 50 grand. The only thing it is original except for the color but it is probably a good 8.5 out of 10 as far as condition. we're happy with it, we're just doing some modern upgrades to make it reliable.
