- MSRA Back to the 50s classic car show, incredible group of 10,000 plus classic cars, hot rods, street rods, old trucks, antique automobiles meet just outside Saint Paul, Minnesota in the 300 acre Minnesota state fairgrounds. 2019 was my first year at this amazing car show. 1964 back only rides. Back in 1970 at the age of 16 I wanted to learn to drive and being poor country boy who's dad didn't own a car I had a problem. But luck came my way getting a summer job with a state sponsored job clearing brush along county creeks. My Dad told that an older gentleman had passed away and his family wanted to sell his 1950 Ford pickup. I bought it for $75.00. It was in pretty good shape with a flat head eight cylinder engine and floor mounted three speed trans. I learned to drive by driving through the paster fields until I ran out of gas than buy two gallons more and repeat. Wonderful memories and oh how I wish I would have kept that little old truck.

57 olds Super 88 at about (46:19) of this video....I had one of those in 1972 when I was in high school....and I was 16 yrs old. It was gloss black and was like a mirror ! I paid 100.00 dollars for it ....mowing yards!

Oldsmobile was one of GM best brand/make but GM chose to axed Oldsmobile how sad 😭

Here in Canada thy are realy pushing the electric cars and trying to push out the gas powered vechiles but 2035 is it that bad in the USA? I hope the Electric cars fails.
