Great work! 👍 love the transformation by 14 days so amazing! 😮 Liking the Molly too I have started adding them to my tanks, they do a pretty good job! 👍
@@alecw4646 they are sold as freshwater, but in the wild they can live between freshwater, brackish estuaries and saltwater habitat, so they can be acclimatised to salt water
I just want to say you have an Amaxong channel my friend. TH-cam recommended to me so I had to check k out your videos. I love the way you shoot and edit your videos. It's truly a work of art. Your videos give me the inspiration to get out of my rut and start creating content again. Keep up the amazing work! You have a new sub.
While your scooping method works, that seems like alot of work 😅 i like to set up a little siphon with the light pointing towards the hose opening. But there are tons of ways to do it. Looks like you got it all down, very nice!
Yes you are right. It was only the first day that I use the sponge filter. From second day onwards, I only use the normal tubing that I set on low-medium :)
Hey Chris, yes the fry will definitely need their own tank because they need to be able to feed on rotifers all the time. The holes in the breeder are too big for the fry (they'll just slip through). Hope this helps!
@@felixlynch7327 no it’s probably but there going to be a lot of fighting and it don’t matter if there from the same family they would still kill but not these maroons
Thanks for the video. My clownfish just layed their first eggs, and I had to "loose" them, because I wasn't ready. But I will next time!!
One of the best videos on this topic that I’ve seen to date. Nice work.
Love this! Thank you for sharing! Keep them!
:) I will have a think about it

yeah they are cute indeed. I just don't have enough space for another aquarium I'm afraid 😞

Excellent video of this experience. I breed clownfish and stumbled on this video on wanted to give you a shout out for such great footage.
Thanks 🙂
u are my best saltwater channel.Good Job and thank you share for every frame.
Amazing close ups. Thanks for sharing! I would keep them and keep making more - until you don't get attached so much to it - then starts selling them.
I wish I can keep making more but the parents stopped breeding for some reason 😔
Wonderful fish...and good job 😍👏👏
Thank you! :)
Really Nice video thanks for sharing! If you can I will keep them!
😄 👍 Thank you for watching

Incredible man! You should sell them to make more lol! Congrats nice video!
Thanks Carlos! That's the initial plan but the parents stopped laying eggs at the moment 😅
Incredible effect to make the video so awesome. Nice one! If you have a bigger tank then keep them. If not, get a bigger tank! Cheers!
Good one 😂
Congratulations on successfully raising some clown fry... By all reports not easy.. I would like to have a go at it one day myself..
You should try it. It's hard work but very rewarding 🙂

Шикарное видео!!! 👍
Incredible video as always
Glad you enjoyed it :)
So cute but how could the black molly survive in saltwater?
I drip acclimated them over 24 hours :)
Nice video! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👍💪
Thanks! 👍
Thanks for sharing this amazing video...
Thank you for watching 🙂
What if there are only fish in ur tank like 2 clownfish (the parents) it is needed to transfer the fry into another tank? Or nah?
I’m wondering the same thing
Yes. Parents will eat them if not. And compete for food.
Hi, could you tell me where did you got those “S” rotifers?
Awesome video, does anyone know were to get rotifers in WA? Or can send. Thank you
好动的小BB👍
Thank you 😄
Amazing video
keep ‘em!
Great job! Can you not raise them in the tank with the breeding pair? Or will they eat them?
Keep them 💪🏾
😉 Will find a space for them
Great job 😉 .
Thanks 😁
Great job! I currently have about 800 in grow out.so addicting
That's awesome! Do you sell them?
Yup. I will be
I support anything cultured in the hobby. We need to include as many species as possible
Totally agree with you :)
ALWAYS KEEP THEM and donate if any person who is keeping him/her well
My clown fish, they gave more than 10 times eggs, but none alive, 😢😢 what must i do, they on my larger tank, with other fish,
That's why none alive bro. You shouldn't keep clownfish in community tank if you want to breed them
Where do you get the rotifers
i would not go with the sponge filter until they start eating powderedfood coz it sucks up the rotifers
Yes you are right. It was only the first day that I use the sponge filter. From second day onwards, I only use the normal tubing that I set on low-medium :)
@@BlueReefTank Sry for the late reply but was the light on 24 hrs set on low and the tank covered on all side with black?
Mine just laid eggs I just have a question what happens if I keep them in the tank when they hatch? 😬
How did that go ?
Was there a gradual die off from when the eggs hatched, or was there any steps that were more detrimental to the end result?
I would say it's more about maintaining water quality as well as having available food all the time in the water column. That's really hard to achieve
All of those eggs only 6 survive till the end?
Which season is best for clown fish breeding?
Mine breeds during the warmer season but I guess these fish breed all year round in the ocean 😅
@@BlueReefTank can I breed clown fish in Coolest weather like Nov, Dec, jan?
Amazing!
Thanks!
can you use a sponge filter with clwonfish fry?
You can't use it until they are much older (preferably once they metamorphosis). I took mine out the 2nd day after I noticed a lot of them died
congratulations! A real fishdad!
👴
when they get older, will they fight?
Do fry need their own tank or can you just use a breeder box?
Hey Chris, yes the fry will definitely need their own tank because they need to be able to feed on rotifers all the time. The holes in the breeder are too big for the fry (they'll just slip through). Hope this helps!

😉👍
So out of hundreds only those survived?
What age can they spawning?
I heard some starts spawning at the age of 2. Mine only start spawning after 5 years 😅
What is the life span of these fishes
wait so youre telling me out of the hundreds only 7 made it? thats wild bro
❤❤
Keep them! :-)
😁
How old nemo can breed??
2 years
How long can they be kept together before they fight?
They have always been fighting but never got too serious so I just leave them be 😅
@@BlueReefTank they fight just to see who become female in the future as they grow so u can keep them together

I have a doubt … of that many fry’s … like hundreds and hundreds … only these few survived?
From the hundreds of babies, only a small precent survive. Propably in nature these only would survive
I wish to do same project
harem tank !
😄 Great idea
The real life Clownfish eggs looks different than in the Finding Nemo movie?
Why don’t you let babies play with their parents?, why did you isolate them?
The clownfish parents eat them
ayo
There’s usually lots of stuff in a reef that would be happy for a live snack. It’s the only way to ensure large-scale survival.
Keep them and sell other hatchings
No more hatchlings unfortunately :(
So, the young you keep will stay until they are old enough to join their family.
Keep them, if you want to sell then let these guys make babies and then sell those babies but not this Batch
Only 6 survived 😢 that's sad

Keep them
I sold them all unfortunately 😬
Keep them don't separate a family
Out of like a thousand only 6 lived
Yeah, it's not as easy as some freshwater fish 🥲
