Wouldn’t the guppies bite the shrimp antenna?

Guppies don't tend to go after adult shrimp and usually leave them alone. If by chance they startle a shrimp, the shrimp is quick to get out of the way.

Similar to guppies, I keep Endler's Livebearers (_Poecilia wingei_) with my shrimp. Theoretically, Endlers don't get as big as the "regular" guppies and so pose less of a threat to baby shrimp, but I do have quite a few females which have grown fairly large.

Females are usually on the larger side. I have yet to get Endlers but they do look beautiful.

Hey there ! I have a weird question, i saw what may have been fungus in my kuhli loach and prior to that, i had a problem with 1 of my pygmy cortdoras that died due to fin rot ... so i got a bit stressed so i decided to treat my tank with White spots and fungus, because i was afraid it might spread and kill my entire tank.
-After reading about the product, i realized that it would kill all my shrimp, so i decided to transfer my shrimps into my 5L mini aquarium for the time being. ( which they seem to be having a very fun time to be honest)
I am at the last day of treatment, and sadly i saw 1 of my Neons died, and i have no ideia why...
I have in the main tank currently:
    - 11 Neons ( after 1 died today )
    -5 Pygmy corydoras
    -4 Otos
    -2 Kuhli loaches
    My water parameters seem fine:
    -15 NO3
    -0 NO2
    -16 GH
    - 6.8 PH
My neons also have been staying very low, but truth be told, i reduced the light a bit so maybe they are just a bit slower as well...
Any tips on what might have happened ? Or just a random death that sadly happens from time to time ?
    Thank you for reading !

If your Khuli had ICH, then yes it does spread if not treated. I have never really faced the issue, but here is an article you can look at (www.tfhmagazine.com/articles/freshwater/preventing-ich-full-article#:~:text=Salt%20and%20Water,25%C2%BAC%20(72%C2%BA%20to%2077%C2%BAF).)
I have noticed that pygmy corys sometimes die for reasons unknown even if your water is spectacular. I recently experienced it. The neon may have died due to stress from the meds you introduced. The others may be staying low as well in the tank due to stress. A lot of fish do this.
Keep an eye on your fish and if the meds time period is over, start getting some water changes done to bring things back to normal.

thank you very much ! I will monitor the tank, i just got my last treatment today, around 5 hours ago, but i might do a water change to make sure the fish are ok even if the treatment is not as efective, im kinda afraid of ammonia levels

Most people love the colours of guppies but it's the one reason why I don't keep them. I like more natural tanks and usually choose 3-4 different plants so it looks more realistic. If the guppies were more like bettas having 2-3 colours that are evenly distributed i would probably buy some. But honestly i just don't like how guppies look.
