I worked at a Starbucks for 2 years and the floor were constantly disgusting from all the sugar and our anti slip mats were always covered in milk. Anyways we would mop twice a day but it was still dirty as can be. I know for a fact that all Starbucks have an issue like this! My manager would rent a pressure washer and spray the mats down every few months and it was still dirty. Once I accidentally spilled the entire mall bucket and decided to just scrub the floor while it was wet and I got things pretty clean. Our district manager came to the store the next day and commented on our clean floors. HOWEVER maybe this could be an extra service y'all could offer?
Justin and the inner circle ⭕. I'm the Power Washer From Aurora. Had two brand new DeWalts 4000 psi... none of them would start, so I am behind two jobs and they are for all commercial. Thank you inner circle! Much love to you all! God bless!
I was a foodservice delivery driver when I started me pressure washing business. I delivered to Burger Kings. Most stores had a pressure washer or passed one around with other stores cause the franchises didn't want to pay for real pressure washing. I started washing KFC & Taco Bells, one night I seen the truck porter guy washing the BK as I pulled up to the KFC next door, Washed the KFC and did the Taco Bell next to it. When I was done I stopped to chat with the BK guy and we both had a good laugh, he wasn't even half way done.

My opinion only... Manager's don't tend to give a dam about cleaning outside their immediate duties. They're usually run off their feet already. You need to speak to owner's. But owners are busy too so you need advertise (and yes you can put extra effort to contact owners) but you must wait till THEY reach out to you if/when THEY are ready. I used to do reception.
