Biggest one is 3 trailer parks where the property owner forced people to get their trailers cleaned by adding it into the lease agreement $450 per trailer totalling $40,500 Free power washing for a small cancer clinic which landed me a $105k deal power washing the hospital next door once a year
I use to own a cleaning company with my father, we use to clean gas stations, all those oil, grease and rust stains would be gone if we did them, we used a aggressive degreaser and/or acid depending on the type of spot, this along with a very rough pad on a floor cleaner, then we would pressure wash it, we even scraped the gum off manually, floors looked brand new once we were done.

Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. It has a great deal of pressure and more easily cleaned the house siding, porch rails and concrete than did my older model. The engine is a bit louder, as well, but the total time to clean was reduced by the more powerful spray. Did I mention it starts on the first or second pull every time?!! I am definitely happy with this model.
On January I ended up picking up four 7-Elevens and maintenance every 3 months so on the first Saturday of April I will be doing four 7-Elevens thats Saturday all by myself one man team for now

The LLC does not have to be Specific do some research on what would be the easiest LLC for you to get so you can start building a credit history with it you can run Multiple DBA names off of the single LLC and one under handyman allows for you to do stuff like the pressure washing I’m currently on Angie’s pro leads and it more than pays for it self kicking me all the contracts and customers. The sooner the better.

I’m some cases the gas station will have its own drainage system that filters out the crap. Things you need to ask because if it does not and you don’t reclaim the dirty water you could face huge fines and or jail time

Brndn Gutierrez hey no need to be rude brother, anyways use a laser measure of all the concrete you will be cleaning and do each area sectioned off length and width then add up the total SQFT and times by (for example) 0.40 for .40 cents a SQFT and then that’s your total for that job. Make sure you itemize everything on the invoice and explain everything and how your pricing system works briefly to the costumer when you get the signature. Hope this helps god bless.

My god they never clean them here in Indiana. I've seen some Speedway gas stations have the same gum and junk on the sidewalks for years.
