Every single garment is absolutely beautiful and impeccably presented. Love all your outfits and your hair, très chic. Merci beaucoup pour votre conseil, Alice ❤
I love lightweight wool or cashmere knits for spring. I think spring weather is fairly unpredictable everywhere. Here in San Francisco, we’ve had everything from cold boreal winds, heavy rainstorms, to warm days the low 70sF, just in the last week. I really love silk jersey (knitted silk) clothing, it’s my favorite fabric to wear. I’ve bought most of Lily Silk’s silk jersey items, as well as many of their others. Lily Silk is one of my favorite brands, along with Equipment, Theory and Sezane. Lily Silk makes beautiful, elegant clothing, and it’s modeled here on our beautiful, elegant, French friend Alice. That is a great LS discount, 20% off is a lot! We love your videos, please keep them coming!❤
I see people dressed like this in America every day. I don’t know why people are so obsessed with what to wear in Paris I’ve been twice and they really didn’t look that much different than we do.
Also the Sandro-Paris Stripy Knit Denim Coatigan is also good for unpredictable spring weather. I love mine. As for Cabans, another excellent one to add is the Sandro-Paris Jann Peacoat which I also have. Greetings from Los Angeles
@@Aliceinparisofficial That's good to know. For almost a year, I was looking for the right Caban/Peacoat like the ones I grew up wearing over the decades starting back in elementary school in the 1960s. After seriously looking for one, starting with the various Fall 2023 collections, I finally went with the Sandro-Paris Jann peacoat a couple months ago, although I really wanted one more on the style of the Ali Peacoat by Fleurette that you've posted in the link section. But, I didn't see that one when I was looking. For me the perfect peacoat would be the cut of the one by Fleurette, but with the brass-like buttons of the Sandro-Paris Jann peacoat. Greetings from Los Angeles
Hello Alice, Thanks for the beautiful clothing suggestions as well as the review of Spring weather conditions. I also very much like the shape and color of your sunglasses. Could you share the brand name of them? Thank you
Love your videos, Alice. I searched in the description the trench coat you are wearing in the video, but is it possible that I did not find? Thank you for sharing where is it from, looks amazing - finding a good light trench is a challenge. :)
Thank you for the video! It made me very happy because I have everything from your recommended list! I am flying to Paris on April 29 to May 5. What do you think, do I need both long trench and 3/4 wool jacket? I have cardigans too. And also I am going to Garnier for ballet, is bucle blaze+blouse appropriate ? Thank you in advance❤😊
@@Aliceinparisofficial Oh thank you so much!🙏🏻🌸I have tendency to overpack, but Paris is my chance to wear my beautiful clothes since in New Jersey as you know things are different🤣💓
thank you for this video! l'm following your suggestions for my upcoming trip. Can you do a review of your latest atelier's aguste bag? I bought the Sully in taupe colorway based on your review of the Monceau. Im very curious how you find the mini Marley. I'm planning to buy it in Paris in a few weeks. thank you!
@@Aliceinparisofficial I'm happy to hear that you love the bag. I am considering it black. I love that they had added feet to the bag. Do you see many ppl wearing the brand in Paris? I know Polene is very popular and I may see more ppl wearing that brand but I don't want a bag everyone wears. I chose ateliers august bc I have never seen anyone in NYC with it. I will be bringing my Sully with me on my trip.
I do get that we as tourists don’t want to be targeted for a crime but….it’s a bit of off putting. It’s as if we’re being made fun of for visiting France and spending our hard earned money on a dream vacation. This helps your economy. Just a thought 💭
Welcome to France, unfortunately. Quite a condescending attitude towards tourists here in general, but especially towards non-Europeans and especially in Paris.I suggest exploring the smaller, less touristy french towns and cities. The hidden gems. ❤ Enjoy!
I participate in a few fashion forums and the #1 thing people request about Paris is how to dress so they don't look like a tourist. I believe Alice is accommodating that request. Further, I live in a touristy area of a large US city. Tourists can be very disruptive (standing in the middle of a busy street to get a selfie, stopping traffic or throwing trash in my flower bed).
@@MIM-ve7qz Obviously, tourists should be respectful. That should be common sense but unfortunately is not. I am European living in France but I must say the attitude towards tourists from overseas in central Europe is quite bad in general. They make fun of Americans and Japanese for travelling through "Europe" in two weeks completely ignorant of the fact that they have little free time off work as compared to Europeans who get a minimum of 5 weeks, often 6, with time of lieu and national holidays adding up to 7+. Annoying.
Great looks, but they will attract pickpockets in touristic areas. I would dress more discreetly and not so chic (that crossbody bag is beautiful but looks expensive, so does the blazer at the beginning). Safety first, but your looks are gorgeous!
Hello you only attract pickpocket when you wear designer and logo and when you look like a tourist (sporty attire, baseball caps, huge university sweater ect ect)

Going to Paris for Olympic! I love France. Pairs is dreamy but Nice, Marseille, Eze, Normandy among other cities are all amazing. ❤

Lovely pieces and with those items, one would be dressed for any occasion. Maybe just add a non-wrinkle LBD? Wish I could be in Paris this spring!

Hello long or short trench for sure. Wool jacket not necessary if you take cardigan or wool cardigan so you can layer. Blazer and blouse yes. Best :)
