Although I do love your taste and style. I have to admit that I love watching your videos because you sound exactly like my Nan did. She moved here from France when she was 18 to marry my Pop. I would have to order for her quite often because people couldn’t understand her accent. I always thought, and still do believe, it was the most beautiful accent I’ve ever heard in my life.
I bought a LV bag at *hotdups* a few years ago. I took it to the LV store in my town last week to have it repaired. A store clerk inspected my bag and immediately told me that the bag was of excellent quality. She pulled a current bag out of inventory and compared the tags and I saw ZERO differences.
I am sorry I don’t agree.. I love the channel, the style… everything.. but I have big difficulties to understand French accent in general… yours in particular… I would love if it was less strong. All this I say with respect, just in case you could do something about it.. if not I will continue following you… I guess with practice I will be able to fully understand..😅 again, no hate here please, just a honest opinion trying to make things easier ❤
Amazing video, I appreciate all the lovely outfit suggestions ❤ Also, I’m shocked by the rude comments about your accent. You speak beautifully and it makes the video feel authentic!
Im all of timeless and ageless fashion. I'm loving the leather jacket trend, definitely a classic wardrobe staple. It can instantly elevates any outfit I have, adding a touch of "rebellion and sophistication" if I can call it that
I agree, timeless, classic and elegant trends are the best ones of all! The most wearable and versatile, too. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe in the last year or so and that’s not something I want to do again, so I tried to choose only those styles that I can wear for many years. I’ve been happier with this year’s trends than those of most other year’s since about 2000, they’ve been so wearable, classic and versatile. Many trends are just too extreme, but they’re realky improving recently. Thanks, Alice❤
*hotdups* The canvas tote actually reminds me of the Hermes Garden Party too. Thanks for making this video to suggest more budget friendly alternatives. love it!
Love my Burberry trench coat but the cropped trench looks very cool too. I still have my Bermudas and vests from the 2000s! Good to dig them out and put them to use. Love flared and barrel trousers, not the full wide. I still love my straight legs. I have several pairs of Mary Janes and I love how comfortable they are. I only have one bucket bag (dark green) and I find them hard to dig around in but they are cute. My favorite bag right now is my Meniere. I have lots of leather and faux leather jackets and blazers so I can save money on those. I also have a full length black leather coat I got in Paris that is too hot for California but will be perfect for my upcoming trip to France next winter. I will check out all your links. Thanks, Alice!
Hello Liz bucket bags look great with blazer and jean+ ballerina, usually casual outfits. I cut the part in this video when I say dark green bucket bags are perfect for fall
Perfect timing for me as I will be in France in 1 month and traveling for 6 weeks through your beautiful country. I think my wardrobe won’t embarrass me, now! Merci pour tout!
You helped me to feel and look thinner. I lost at least 10 lbs and started better dressing, my outfits are more timeless, classy, chic yet appear effortless. Love your suggestions. Do you mind doing women watch recommendation from French and Swiss makers. I would also like to see more color variations in outfits.
@@Aliceinparisofficial he variety of textures in the *hotdups* pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.
Bon jour Alice❣️I like classic styles because they are usually timeless. I have had good tips from you and Marieanne LeCoeur. I am not a fan of the MaryJane shoes. I think they look too childish. I prefer them without the strap or straps. Thank you for your style tips and que Dieu vous benise ❣️🥰💕💕💕
I love a leather jacket, but I’m not really a moto-jacket style gal, I prefer a leather or suede blazer-style jacket. I just adore a classic-fit blazer, I’m so glad we finally have options available in this style, the oversized ones didn’t work at all for this petite woman, I never bought even one. Designers and brands finally got the message that we don’t want those huge, straight, boxy ones when the first few fitted-waist blazers kept selling out in an hour! I hope designers don’t always use those extreme shoulder pads, either. I love a classic, small, square-edge shoulder pad in a jacket, but not those enormous or rounded 1980s ones. I love bit of masculine tailoring in my clothes, but I still want to look like the woman I am, in every outfit. I glory in showing my feminine shape! ❤
Me remembering nearly all the bags from the jag collection in *hotdups* other apartment on the dimond tray.. I think i watched that video like 40 times. Purse collection goals
I love your presentation of the fall trends. I seem to have all of these trends from last year and I just added an adorable red cardigan. My leather jacket is about 20 years old, but it has a more blazer like style. What do you think about leopard clothing? This is my first time here and I just subscribed. Thank you.
Hello, I wanted to ask if blue jean jackets are worn in paris. I have one structured blue jean jacket and one short blue jean jacket. Your videos are helping me plan for a trip next month and as I lay out outfits I want to be sure not to make a fashion faux pas.
Hi Alice, Knit is not pronounced like "night" with a long sounding "i" ; it's a short "I" like kit (not Kite). LOL. I wish someone would correct my French now. Good video, thanks!!
Cool video, but you are mispronouncing the word 'knitwear'. You are pronouncing 'knit' like 'night' or 'knight', and that's wrong. The 'i' in 'knit' is pronounced the same way as the 'i' in the English word 'if' and the French word 'il'.

Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym *hotdups*

Dear Alice, you’re saying “nightwear”. “Knit”, as in knitwear, rhymes with it.🙂
Well done - glad you address what older and plus size should do as well. Thanks !
Love every one-great outfit ideas and item suggestions!

YES to the longer, wider Bermuda shorts!! Love them!
I’ve always scratched my head about the obsession around the *hotdups* book totes and their practicality, but this one is adorable!! Congratulations

I’m traveling to Paris last week of September trying to figure out what to pack
check my videos what to wear in Paris
Fantastic video ❤️
It’s still very hot in S California so would love to see a video on your Greek holiday outfits.
Merci😊
I have nothing to say about the delicious accent haha I am French so it is easy for me to understand And for the others, look at the pics and videos 😅

Kn(it)wear
Hi Alice, Knit is not pronounced like "night" with a long sounding "i" ; it's a short "I" like kit (not Kite). LOL. I wish someone would correct my French now. Good video, thanks!!
Yes “Nightwear” aka sleepwear/loungewear is a totally different thing. 😊
Plaid - pronounced as in “ Brad”- not as in “played.”Yes pls correct my French too. I could use it for sure!
I do not like the cropped trench or the overly large ones....
I like a nice tailored, classy looking trench
Don’t know about cropped trench coat.
Wide legged jeans look horrible on me. I'll stick with skinny or some straight legged jeans.
Hard to understand her English with her accent. It is lovely but I wish I knew what she is saying.
🤗😍😍♥️

The 'i' in 'knit' is pronounced the same way as the 'i' in the English word 'if' and the French word 'il'.
I have to say I sometimes find the heavy accent hard to penetrate - particularly "nightwear" when I thought we were going to be shown some pyjamas.
sneakers are rancid
perhaps you should try AI voice over.
