Okay, well, at least John dimaggio did come back. I heard he wasn't going to initially and that killed all hype for this show.

Well, been waiting for this for some time...But now seeing it, I can't help but feel apprehension.
Maybe it's due to the fact that it's _hulu_ doing it; and with how badly they assed-up Animaniacs, my faith in them is depleted.
But more due to the fact that Hulu is owned by Disney. As if that weren't bad enough, Disney is currently in a mess of financial trouble...which unfortunately means, Futurama's success is contingent on Disney's success. To kill the Dragon is to kill Futurama again. And worse, Disney is _incapable_ of learning from it's mistakes...Given what Hulu did to the Animaniacs, I have a feeling that the "commentary" that Futurama is known for, is about to become _entirely one-sided._

Disney is not in a mess of financial trouble.
      Who told you that nonsense?
Their streaming services aren’t turning much of a profit but the company is recording huge profits overall

Across the last _eight_ Theatrical releases that Disney has put-out, each one has bombed so bad, that the company has lost a collective amount close to _900 Million dollars._
Almost a _billion_ in _losses alone._ Those movies aren't making money for Disney, they're _costing them._
That right there alone is plenty of evidence, and all you'd need to do is be aware of what has been happening at the company for the last 12 years or so - failure, after failure. Frivolous purchasing of intellectual properties and even whole studios. Disney's Market-Share and Stock-Prices _plummeting,_ Political scandals. Layoffs by the _Thousands_ - whole departments are getting shut-down...And all of this stems from the fact that Disney has systematically insulted and alienated its core consumer base over the past several years. Said audience no longer trusts the Disney brand and are boycotting it. And finally, after all this time, Disney is now starting to feel the consequences for it.
I guarantee it, in about a month or so, we'll be seeing classic Disney animated films re-released in Theaters, just so that Disney can try to wring-out a profit this year. They are desperate.
      Edit -
Oh and not only are their streaming services _not turning a profit,_ the entire collective loss on streaming for Disney is close to _Four Billion Dollars._
Not to mention they still haven't even earned back their investment on Star Wars and have only gotten further in the hole with it.

You know they’re gunna ruin it and damage the original’s reputation in the process.
It’s okay to let shows end.

      Disney _owns_ Hulu...
      At least... _for now._
I hear that with the trouble that Disney is currently in, they might be looking to sell Hulu.

Why though, if the new episodes are good then we get new episodes to enjoy, even if they're bad it doesn't devalue the old episodes. Basically we'll either win something or lose nothing.
