- In this video, I share several projects for inspiration and give a tutorial on how I add beads to knitted patterns. I also go over how to read and write a simple knitting pattern - my Night Sky Beaded Wrap pattern, which is now available as a free download on Ravelry, also in my Etsy shop! Links below!

Hi Becca. That sweater looks awesome on you. The colours really do look great together. 🙂Wow, the Ring Shawl is stunning. Wonderful knitting. 💖 Samurai Socks, wow. Is there a single pattern available also? I would love to knit those, even so because I am an Aikido practitioner and this could make an excellent present for my Sensei, come X-Mas. 🙂
Thanks for this very interesting and thought through podcast dear Becca. 🙂
Thank you, thank you, thank you, dear Christina! The Samurai Socks would be a fantastic present for your Sensei! It looks like the pattern is only available as part of the book, but it is one of my favorites. I think I've made three of the patterns so far, and there are more that I want to knit. If you can get your hands on it, I would definitely recommend it! I'm so glad you enjoyed the podcast! Have a beautiful day!

Thank you for sharing not only this pattern but all the knowledge, too. The wrap turned out absolutely stunning! It may be just my machine but I was getting a 404 error with the YarnSocial link. May I ask, what size beads did you use? I can't remember if you metioned it. I love your sweater, and socks. The yarn for the socks is so very lovely! Have an awesome day! Hugs
Thank you, Ladyalkyri! Sorry about the link. Try this one: www.yarnsocialkc.com/product/farmers-daughter-foxy-lady/1044 I'll update the description. The beads I used for the Night Sky Wrap were 4 mm outer diameter. I think I forgot to mention that! The tiny ones on the pink scarf are just called seed beads. They might be 2 mm. The tweed on the socks does hide the texture a little bit, but I like it a lot. Thanks for your comment. Have a great day!
