Unforgettable with the Monkfish incident. The looks on Josh and Rock faces said it all. Seth was even worse for not being honest. And how he wasn't honest? Because he never told Chef Ramsay or anyone that he doesn't know how to do a proper butcher work. Instead he made a critical mistake which cost a ton of money, and that food is going to trash when there are hungry people. Raj is the ultimate joke it's unreal. Jen taking Spaghetti out of the trash is one of the most disgusting moments in Hell's Kitchen history. I am so grateful that Julia put an end to it before it happened. I really loved a lot of season 3 contestants. The ones that I didn't were: The biggest Donkey Vinnie, Tiffany, Melissa & Joanna. Josh as much as he acted foolish in the kitchen sometimes I really loved him. He is a great guy, from those Donkeys that many people would find likable or amusing. I know I do.
Season 3 was surprisingly donkey-light, as far as early seasons go. The black jackets were good, barring specific severe mistakes (except arguably Josh), the mid-season eliminations were very decent, and the donkeys were pretty forgettable for the most part.

The duck incident 2. Serving Garnish too early even though she said four minutes and the others had to wait for her 3. Trying to take The Sabayon (Sauce for an Egg Yolk) from Blue Team

I know the chefs digging through the dumpers is incredibly gross, but think of how many animals had gone to waste for them thinking “Oh, who cares it’s just food, there more in the back.” They need to understand that to be a great chef you have to respect every single ingredient given to you, because people make a living raising those animals and products. And that is like thousands of dollars wasted cuz a couple of chefs care more about the end than what they need to appreciate down that road.

I know the chefs digging through the dumpers is incredibly gross, but think of how many animals had gone to waste for them thinking “Oh, who cares it’s just food, there more in the back.” They need to understand that to be a great chef you have to respect every single ingredient given to you, because people make a living raising those animals and products. And that is like thousands of dollars wasted cuz a couple of chefs care more about the end than what they need to appreciate down that road.
