There's nothing wrong with adblue delete if its done correctly with the correct software and the proper sensors are muted. To many people get the mickey mouse software off ebay and balls the job up

    Hi, I had the same issue. You have a video uploaded about my vehicle as well. I deleted the Nox sensor. This car doesn’t like deleting program the best way to go around. It is to re-program it again and solution will fix itself. Then fix the blue system. This car needs the
    ad blue to do regeneration.
    On the other side, if he needs to keep the program deleted program, he needs to remove the DPF as well or else you will have the problem constantly
    To fix my car, I put everything back as it was by the manufacturer. I took the hit of the cost to get the car back running.

    if it is anything to do with the SCR then the SCR would need to depend on the ad-blue.
    If you want to regenerate the DPF with SCR together, the the ad-blue would need to be working I believe.

    If the car design with AdBlue...
    dann probably the regan will try to activate the AdBlue program because it's necessary for regen.
    When this software is deleted... dann probably the regen program will not get a feedback from the AdBlue program and therefore will not try to regen.
    Also...
    The AdBlue make that regen need a lower temperature.
    By cancelling the AdBlue it's possible that the temp will be anyway to low because the car hat design with AdBlue in mind.

  • @lgrasso5531
    @lgrasso5531 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    100% that ad-blue delete has messed with the regen side of things. Usually, the remapper would remove or knock a hole in the dpf to prevent it from blocking up!

    I believe that the main issue with this car is it got the Adblue system delete as the temp. of the DPF is measured by the NOX sensor,so if it's deleted it will cause an issue with the whole system not only Adblue

      @@nathanreid2974 well if you clean injector it won't happen because the emissions will be ok. Mostly the injector for adblue starts to block around 20k, not completely but enough to block the flow to the cat which will then cause higher emissions then the more adblue it will try to inject

    Bad file or they have not followed the remap instructions. AdBlue resets must be done before the remap takes place on this and many other vehicles are the same, AdBlue ECU must be disconnected, If not I believe fuse 409 (15 amp) in the boot on this vehicle needs pulling out for the AdBlue ECU. Maybe a novice has remapped this.

    pat fluid.and As you know that injects into the fuel so the soot in the dpf burns at lower temps. Maybe that the only option for this is to manually put small amounts of pat fluid in the fuel to overcome this issue. It's not a fix but a remedy that may keep the dpf good??? • @GC_6
    @GC_6 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

    I had this exact issue. I had adblue delete and it was failing to regenerate after doing more local journeys. In the end the dpf would just gain soot after a regen.
    I deleted the dpf in the end. I found the adblue filter gets clogged to crap when I saw the internal adblue filter (right next to the dpf filter) in the bigger canister.
    I’d suspect it’s due to the adblue being deleted but I was fine when doing motorway journeys. When local issues occurred.
    I’d recommend deleting dpf leaving in cat and doing a remap. Other than that they’re better off just sending it main dealer. The emissions system is shit on these.
    One last thing I’d recommend, sometimes once these ecu’s are mapped, they may not carry out resets correctly. When you registered a new dpf, did your ash level/ soot level reset?
    It may have to have the original map file put on, resets to be carried out and then re -remapping. I found that is a cause for issues too.
