AND MAKE IT YUMMY!!!!! make it taste good!!!! i started eating veggies that i liked the taste of making use of seasoning and sauces, and it's a lot easier to do that :)
This is good advice. Eating a pound of vegetables every day has dramatically impacted how much I eat. I’m not keto or vegan, I just eat a lb of non starchy vegetables daily and they work their magic. I eat them with dip so that I have flavor. It’s moving the scale without me feeling like I’m cutting things out. ❤
A family size bag of peanut m&ms has 19 servings @ 140 calories per serving so you could eat a whole family size bag and it would still be less than 2800 calories. So you’re right it’s definitely not 3500 calories in the serving she’s showing lol. I agree w the general sentiment of the video but we don’t need to demonize a couple handfuls of m&ms 😂
Yeah sugar can be an addiction. I think I might have one. Not sure though. I mean I can go a few days without it but eventually I will end up filling my stomach with sugary stuff.
@@Starberry7 Try drinking pure fruit juice in the morning, like tart cherry juice or blueberry juice. It's loaded with natural sugar, not processed, so it curbs your sugar cravings really well. Helped me go from like 6 donuts a day and candy to not craving sugar at all. Tart Cherry juice also helps you sleep better
Girl, you’re changing my life 😭. You make it so easy and simple. I’ve been doing it effortlessly. I was already vegan (junk food vegan) but this is my new frontier 🩵😌✌️
I really like your content. It's really practical and non-judgemental. Right at this moment, though, all I can think about is how many calories are in those m&ms. I'm really surprised. They look so little and harmless...😊
I’m so happy you’re here! M+Ms are so calorically dense. But when you eat an abundance of whole, real foods, you can put a big dent in reducing your daily calories from those calorically dense foods!
If you’re a sugar head like me, you really really need to consume more protein, it will help you out a ton. Things I eat to treat my sweet tooth: Chocolate SF Pudding w/ whipped cream Fresh Fruit SF Outstanding Popsicles Yasso Yogurt bars (low in calories compared to regular ice cream) SF Jello cups w/ fresh fruit or whipped cream
Thank you for showing us these visual interpretations. It helps all of us see with our own eyes the undeniable truth of the lies we have been “fed”. Thank you… keep going… this is helping millions of people make better choices….especially kids.
This is a wonderful explanation! Thank you!! Yes i was thinking the same exact thing! Eat more of the healthy stuff and less of the bad stuff. But eat a tiny bit of the bad stuff here and there! More steamed vegetables And less candy and fast food
What if instead of eating vegetables (mainly), what about applying Dr. Gabrielle Lion's method of increasing protein to at least 0.7-1g/lb of bodyweight? since protein takes longer to digest and promotes GLP-1?
Being overweight is a really bad thing. I lost weight by drinking coffee. In fact, most people know that you can lose weight in a short time with coffee. Those who know, please like the comment :)) . For those who don't know, the coffee review link is available in my profile.:)
Hey quick question, I don’t usually enjoy vegetables but I will eat them is there a certain kind that helps the most or just in general and also does fruit work too?
Yes this works! I used to binge on candy which had horrible effects on my skin but now i always make sure i have a meal and usually by then i dont crave sweets
I honestly love how you HELP people and don't just call them fat and to work out or their trash. THANK YOUUU
The body is just the shell we experience life in and I want to help everyone live in the healthiest one possible! ❤

I have room for my vegetables and my sweets 😂 I need rehab from sugar
One step at a time. This small tweak truly can make a difference. Dont underestimate the impact of small steps. ❤
I had to go cold turkey only allowing myself one oatmeal cookie a day . But no sodas no treats lol 😂
Hey do you recommend sugar free options? @@HealthyEmmie
Me too😂😊
Cold turkey works best for me too. I take an apple instead. After 3-7 days the rehab is over 😅
These visual examples are SO helpful, thank you ❤❤❤❤❤😻
I love that you say “other stuff” rather than “bad stuff” when referring to the m&ms, insinuating that a little treat now and then is okay :)
Its only bad if you don’t eat it now and then
How do i tell you , i just have a different stomach for desserts😭😭😭
try high protein foods i promise it fills you up and even if you have sweets after it doesnt feel satisfying haha
I eat 140g of protein, 40g fibre and enough fats and carbs and i still have enough space..im a 5ft 3 130 pound gal btw..@@hs6585
Ha ha ha! Growing up, my sister and I always said that we have a separate compartment for dessert! Glad to know we aren’t the only ones!

This is great advice. Most people only think they don't like eating healthy, when in reality they just don't know how to cook.

Can you give examples of what you eat? What veggies you mix? Any tips that can help? Thanks
Excellent illustrations ❤😂!
This is definitely not 3,500 calories of mnms
I don't think so either
3 serving of mm in king sized bag 210 cal per servings
210 times 3 is 630
3500 divide by 630 is 5.5 bags
It's very possible that is 3500 cals
@@Kanrie01yes, people don't realize how many cals are there in sugars. Anyway, she proved her point
It's an analogy......pay attention.
