It is recommended to steam the garlic for 10 minutes after crushing.
The benefits of garlic cooked in this way increase.
    This is a doctor's recommendation.
    Another doctor's advice:
After crushing the garlic, mix it with olive oil.
Crushing the garlic and mixing it with olive oil increases the benefits of garlic.
    My method:
I crush the garlic and steam it.
Then I mix the garlic with olive oil.
I put this garlic mixture in a jar and close it.
Something strange happened the first time I tried this.
I put the garlic, which I steamed and mixed with olive oil, on the plate and the mouth of the plate was open.
The next day I noticed that the garlic on the plate began to emit a terrible odor.
It was just the smell of garlic.
The garlic was intact, but it made everyone in the kitchen very uncomfortable.
In fact, some people's eyes began to burn with the effect of the smell of garlic.
    Here is my result:
Garlic steamed and mixed with olive oil and left for a day ferments and begins to emit a strong odour.

    My assumption is:
If you prepare the garlic in this way, you will get an effective natural medicine proportional to its strong smell.

Steaming garlic sounds odd. Adding good olive oil might make the garlic taste better. I have heard that just mincing the cloves and letting it sit for about 15 minutes before eating it is best. I like to put some on a toasted, buttered bagel. 🙃🙂

My uncle Lee is said to be very ill with diabetes, vertigo and bad kidneys. The medics mentioned dialysis or die. Garlic has potassium in it. My mom was on dialysis. She was allowed potassium. She kept getting weaker. She was falling a lot. She was supposed to call for help to go to the bathroom. She fell and broke her skull she needed help to toss and turn because, lack of potassium made her her weak. They neglected her. She got bed sores that bled. The sheets stuck to those scabs. She died. Garlic gave me strength to get in my aunt's high truck for once. I stand by Garlic and it's maker.

Good question! I think one clove per day is safe. Too much garlic at one time might irritate the stomach or other areas of the body.

You are doing it wrong Frank. Eat raw garlic at least 30 minutes before having the cereal.

Not if you take as a pill. Take 1 Garlic clove, slice it in to pieces. And drink it water before bed. No smell

It helps with social distancing. When you sweat in the summertime it comes out in the pores of your skin and believe me people will keep a distance from you. I was inline at Walmart and a woman said something smells like garlic. It was me she was smelling.

Buy black garlic. No bad smell and more antioxidants than white garlic because black garlic was fermented.
