I would love to give it a try but I fear two things.

You know, I will tell you my experience with garlic. I always get chronic sinus and ear infection and each visit to the doctor I would get an antibiotics prescription, of course!
Well…not anymore! When I come down with sinus or an ear infection, I would just shove a slice of garlic either in my nostrils or my ears. My infection goes away after an hour or so. It’s amazing!
Also, I would put a slice of onions and crushed garlic on my soles and wrapped it with plastic Saran and voila! My flu don’t stand a chance .

@@martinthornalley1919 Just as much as you like. It helps the stomach too, because the good bacteria will eat from garlic what the body cannot digest.
You can't eat too much garlic either because your body will tell you when to stop. I have tried once and ate 5 whole globes of raw garlic with a dinner, because I loved it. But I couldn't eat more because after that it started to hurt in the tounge. The soon I was puting a garlic piece in my mouth it was hurting, so I had to stop. @@martinthornalley1919 Garlic is a healthy food that can provide a number of health benefits when consumed in moderation. Some people may be more sensitive to the effects of garlic than others and may need to start with a smaller amount and gradually increase their intake over time. It's generally recommended to start with a small serving size, such as one clove of garlic per day, and increase the amount gradually over time if you don't experience any negative effects. It's also a good idea to check with your healthcare provider before adding garlic to your diet, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or are taking any medications.

*IMPORTANT* Floating around in the cytoplasm of garlic cells is a compound called alliin and packed away in tiny intracellular storage compartments (called vacuoles) is an enzyme called alliinase. When the garlic tissues are crushed, the two mix and alliinase turns alliin into allicin, the phytonutrient thought to be responsible for many of garlic’s health benefits. Cooking destroys the enzyme, though, so even if you crush your garlic, if it’s thrown immediately into the pan, little allicin may be produced.
Allicin is relatively heat stable, though, so if you chop your garlic and wait 10 minutes for the allicin to be formed, you can then cook it (the enzyme has already done its work) and presumably maintain many of the benefits.

Best salad dressing: small clove (or cloves if they're really small or if you have a big salad) crushed (either with a knife or a garlic crusher), lemon or lime juice, olive oil (two oil to one lemon juice), all in a small jar, screw lid on tightly, shake well.

Garlic is a knock out. I usually avoid noodles made with wheat cause of suffering from vertigo and falling. I ate some anyway cause like mac cheese. But I put raw crushed garlic in it. It made the difference. Cause I didn't feel the circulation cut in my legs that I otherwise felt without the garlic. 😇

Garlic is absolutely amazing. I wish you talked more in depth about how to prepare it correctly for consumption. Just eating it or taking supplements won't really do much good. The allicin needs about ten minutes after crushing or mincing garlic to be created. I've made a video in my channel with the right procedure.
