Hello Deepak! Ialways follow uour excersice shown by you in my daily workout session ,they are very effective and very helpful as we can't step out because of Monsoon! I am 50 years lady with no health issues, but in my recent health check up I found my lipid profile levels (cholesterol and triglycerides has rised! Please do suggest exercise to reduce it!
