Great help...for those who can afford to fly. Doesn't affect most. They really need to do something about the insurance industry. They are fleecing Americans and a most disgusting pace. Insanely greedy people and we just take it.
Booked one flight months ago but found a cheaper option to change my flights same weekend. They gave me credit to use that never expired and got the lower fare flights booked.
Exactly. Now even more layoffs are coming. And it’s not the generation that’s about to retire that gets laid off. It’s the new employees who are trying to take the torch, separating the retirement gap even more.

People outside the industry don’t know how much this is going to force airlines to take more risks. Fresh pilots and mechanics are going to cut corners to avoid delays so they don’t get laid off. With the near-misses we’ve been having, a major accident is no longer a matter of if, but a matter of when.
