A great interview. Robert is so energetic at 76yrs old. He has such clarity on how to be influential and persuasive. His recall in scientific research is top-notch.

@ 28.52 - this was the reason why I was searching you tube and explained so well as it wasn't in the book bolman and deal. Great to hear from the theorist himself and what a unique way to explain for me to remember forever.

I found Cialdini very clear and calm! I believe the man has a transcendence for the human behavior, it's such a pleasure to listen to this guy.
My only advice is for the interviewer: I really don't know what do you think you are doing with the camera but, everything - eyes, smile, even the way you speak - seems to be a construction that, and I say this kindly, no one will ever buy. This construction makes you appear as (forgive me) a psychopathe or something...
I detect a very huge fear as I see such energy wasted in showing this construction, this mask. You may dig a little bit with someone to resolver this. I mean once a week I go myself to talk with a psicologist, since I discovered it feels really good to share what I consider the unsharable shit I got upstairs... If I'm wrong, just ignore me!
Anyway your questions were interesting and pernitent! I wish you the best.

Once I read his books I fell in love with the 7princples of persuasion. Sean do you know the of the books behind Dr. Cailidini. If so, can you please let me know what they are called?

Manipulation is a word dumb people use. outside of your 16 year old universe we call this stuff sales, marketing and business.
