Glad you mention the part about standard poodles. One thing to note: standard poodles can be extremely strong, and some have a higher “prey drive,” which can be a challenge with cats. I have my standard poodle puppy on a leash inside, since he is approaching 70 pounds and can step on and crush cats. He also almost broke my arm, pulling. He does not necessarily mean anything by it, but he is strong and a bit crazy.
At three months, he should soon be finding his "poodle" brain. Basic training will eliminate pulling. Standards love to do whatever you want them to and have a great sense of humor.
I rescued one found him in the street filled with mats super long hair filled with mats now he’s beautiful still training him, but I’m excited to have him for many years to come.
Raw food can not only be a risk for the dog but the family with cross contamination. If you give them raw food and your kid go touches the bowl and touches other things or puts hand in mouth you can spread things like salmonella.
No-one should be giving their dog rawhide. Just look up how it's made, please! Bleach, formaldehyde, glue... just to name a few evils that go into the process of making rawhide!
My new poodle won’t go on furniture even their dog bed do you have any idea why? I’ve tried to pick them up on the couch or their dog bed please I really need to know she’s sleeping in the corner only so I tried putting the dog bed there and it didn’t work any idea why this happens?
Yeah, you REALLY have to seek out breeders who specialize in large ones. The one we got ours from now has a 90+ lb future stud! Our boy is about 75 lbs and TALL. Perfect size. 😊

i have 4 poodles in different sizes. you are so on point!
No disrespect but raw food is not for every dog. That food made my dog sick.
Totally agree with you
Love dogs love poodles ❤🐩🦮🐕
Standards are the best dogs in the world.
I totally agree since I have 4! Lol

I play with my best buddy EVERY DAY.
No raw food can have worms in it. Never, but I do cook for my sweet girl

What if your poodle is not energetic???
Mine isn't extremely energetic either she's excited when we go for a walk but generally she's very chill and calm. She's an amazing house dog . 😊
Standards should never be 110 pounds!
My poodle is a dumbass to the ends degree
Did you really write that sentence WHILE calling poodles dumb?😂😂😂 Hilarious!
YES mine too. It’s so frustrating, I don’t know what to do sometimes!
@@makkieuwhat methods are you using to train him/her?
@makkieu what do you mean by it ? Like they don't understand what you want or constantly forget commands or they're a bit goofy ?
😂 I have two standard poodles. One is dumb and one is smart. They are brothers, too😂 I just let him be dumb.
