Hi Cesar, I'm in India using your technique to teach my two German Shepard to ignore outside sounds. They are responding so well that at night if they wake me up by barking all I do is say sssshhhh from the bed and they calm surrender in the Hall 30' away and I go back to sleep. ❤ Thank you.

Cesar is the best. Because he gives the owners homework. Many dogtrainers don’t do that. I would tell them honest I will stop to train with them, when the owners don’t train in their own time. Because as a trainer you give examples and explanation how to train. But owners must do the rest.

I have. an. 88 lb not. fat very large chocolate standard. He's incredibly smart and sweet. Super easy to train because they want to please you. The Poodle is a German not French dog. Poodle is from the word puddle and they are duck hunting, swimming retrievers.Their coats don't shed so no hair all over the house. You do have to shear them every. 6-8 weeks. They absolutely do not have to have any any cut, but we clip the face and hind end short to keep them cleaner. I brush mine about 2x a week, and clean. ears. about once a month. Yes that's more work than a Jack Russel, but no shedding and an easy to train retriever that loves everyone.

I just know the gears are turning back there. I used to let him wear a sweater. He wanted to wear it all the time, even if it was 95° outside. He got so possessive about it that he started resisting having it removed, had to leave it off permanently. He also moves is neck into his collar when I'm putting it on.

Well, at least they didn't drool! On that tile that could hurt someone wearing heals! Thank you for helping the dogs. I still don't get the people. I'm surprised you didn't talk to them about exercising the dogs before the party. And then, teaching the 'go lay down'/having their place for the party...until they can behave. js

Cesar does not teach basic obedience. The place command is part of basic obedience. He teaches dog psychology.

@@pittymama4500 I've watched Cesar for years. I understand a little of what you're saying. It's all one thing. He taught me the basics with the psychology. 🤷‍♀❤

I have a chocolate standard poodle. He's lower energy than most standards but he loves to play fetch and do a few zoomies around the yard. They do need mental and physical exercise. They get frustrated pretty easy. They are incredibly smart. Sometimes they think they are smarter than their people lol

This is absolutely basic stuff every dog owner should make an effort to learn.
What Cesar taught them is essential to every dog owner and the base on which you put every further training onto.

I got one dog but many dogs I babysit. The key is, time and effort. You can train 10 dogs at one time. But…. Sometimes dogs need one on one time, especially puppy’s. And some exercises for young or not trained dogs, is to do it in a pack. Dogs learn much from each other.

Because they aren’t thinking about serious training. Maybe no training. And she did say when they only had two things were different. It’s when 3 & 4 came the first one became leader ( instead of owners).

this the perefect example of people just buying/getting dogs but dont know anything to make sure the dogs behave GOOD!
Dont be a mother, they are not children ! They are dogs~!
Learning dogs that there are boundries is one of the first thing you learn them when they are still young.
Unbelievable these people that dont know the basic stuff about having a dog.

My standard poodle was renowned for being the best trained dog in the city. This is ridiculous. Why would anyone have a dog that is obnoxious? Their fault
