I think she isn’t dead at the end you can see chaos magic come out of the place when it collapses. Which means either she used a shield to protect herself OR when her body got crushed the chaos magic got released into the atmosphere and got absorbed by someone else
I found it weird when she said "I would never hurt anyone, I'm not a monster" when she literally hurt/killed so many people to get what she wanted. If she's alive, I hope she becomes a hero again and redeems herself.
When she said it, it was the true wonder coming out. The Darkhold will corrupt your mind and diminish your true self, it's like the dark whisper in your mind and made her forget who she truly is. Not to mention the many tragidy and loss lead up to her fall. So when she saw her children again, she realized what she has done, it was like an awakening for her.
That was the point, she just realised that she did in fact hurt so many people. She realises, what she has done in order to get her children. You can see on her face, that realisation hit her
She didn't think what she was doing was hurting innocent people. She hurt the shit out of Thanos, but she could still say that with honesty in endgame, because she was morally justified in hurting him to save others. The darkhold corrupted her to such a point she honestly didn't believe any of what she was doing was wrong. You can see it repeatedly that she's rationalizing her actions all throughout the movie. She shifts the blame for attacking the sorcerers temple, and makes a grand speech about being reasonable. She really does see the other people involved as being in the wrong for trying to stop her from doing what she believed was the right thing to do. To everyone else it's clear she's lost herself and that she's wrong. But the darkhold twists your mind like that. That's why strange said "not yet" to Chavez who was gonna intervene on the kids behalf. Because strange knew that no amount of corruption would allow her to hurt them, as they were the whole point of it all. And in that moment it all finally clicked. She was trying to rationalize it, but simply couldn't because of the fear in their eyes. Giving her just enough clarity to make the only choice she could to prevent herself and others from falling into that corruption and do what little she could to atone.
Why couldn't they just find a universe in which Wanda died and left kids orphaned for her? That would be a win-win! P.S. We even have a canonic version of such "swap" from the MCU itself: Natasha from the nuked version of the Earth found home in an alternate one in "What If".

Wanda will forever be one of my favorite characters because it is rare to see characters who start off as good, then turns evil, and then are helped to become good again. Even if it was just for a moment, Wanda regained her lost sanity and compassion. Normally, the most popular characters are those who start off as bad guys and end up turning good due to some sort of romance, OR someone who starts off good, then turns evil and dies a bad guy. I have a theory, that people don't like the idea that life sometimes fails a person. Because life is unfair, and after so much trauma and hardships it can sometimes break a person. And it's sad that in fiction writing most of these characters are never helped to be redeemed. They are considered lost and just seen as evil by most people. This is why in rare occasions, I love praising the writers who create characters who can find their way back to the light. But preferably, stay alive after being redeemed. That's more powerful because it forces said character to live a life of repentance but also, they become someone who will never let other people fall into darkness. Because they are so familiar with the pain and darkness, that they don't want anyone going through with what they went through. Unfortunately, this final part of the hero story is rarer still. Most writers just kill them off after being redeemed like Wanda or Darth Vader. I hope to get more characters like Wanda and what I described above because those types of heroes are more inspirational.
Wanda was never a villain. She has endured more loss than any other avenger. Her parents were killed then her brother was killed. She found happiness with vision and then he was killed. She was taken in the blip and when she came back all she wanted was to honour visions wishes and put him to rest so he wouldn’t be used but then she had to watch them tearing him apart. The last letter from him with the house showing the future he planned that she would never get that’s enough to break anyone. She had a total mental breakdown. She wasn’t aware of what she did in the town. When she realised she put it right at the cost of the husband and kids she would lose. Then when she was trying to heal she hears her kids call out to her. Say what you want but I don’t know any mother that wouldn’t destroy the world to protect her kids. This world just kept taking and taking from her would it killed them to give her something
the damage that an empowered woman can do who only wants to fulfill her whims by not accepting the life she has, but rather wants that of others no matter the cost

Its heart breaking.Her corruption really did NOT come from the desire to sin, but to staying attached to situations that she needed to grieve. Untill then it's fine, but after that she should have refrained herself from going deeper into those magic and witchcraft things. Why she got tempted to open the darkhold, when Agatha warned her about the dangerous consequences of wielding such powers
In the comics it said their powers were like yin and yang: order and chaos they can’t even absorb each other but in the movies I’d say Jean Grey. I really wish they upped Wanda’s powers in her show and movie MOM without the darkhold at least have her train with Agatha or something not just use the book to show her getting even more powerful so we see it actually match up with the Phoenix force like it’s supposed to. A movie with Jean Grey and Scarlett witch imo would be really cool since they’re both nexus beings with infinite powers idk (I’m sorry it’s so much)

The twin children existed in reality, but they were taken away from her shortly after birth by an evil man (Poseidon/Enki/The Snake) who is played in this movie by Dr. Strange...their story is found in Greek and Roman mythology.The father of the children was Zeus in reality, but in the movie it is made not to show who was the real father of the children. She was and is an amazing mother who loved and still loves her children, but there are evil beings who want to portray her in a negative way. Shame on them.

I sympathize with Wanda, but she went about it the wrong way, by hurting others in the process. The fear in her kids eyes revealed this to her, but then it was too late. Two wrongs don’t make a right. I don’t know, it was hard all the way around, but not the answer in the end.

I was actually thinking the same thing I think they do if both of their parents had abilities so do they in any reality.
Wanda will forever be one of my favorite characters because it is rare to see characters who start off as good, then turns evil, and then are helped to become good again. Even if it was just for a moment, Wanda regained her lost sanity and compassion. Normally, the most popular characters are those who start off as bad guys and end up turning good due to some sort of romance, OR someone who starts off good, then turns evil and dies a bad guy. I have a theory, that people don't like the idea that life sometimes fails a person. Because life is unfair, and after so much trauma and hardships it can sometimes break a person. And it's sad that in fiction writing most of these characters are never helped to be redeemed. They are considered lost and just seen as evil by most people. This is why in rare occasions, I love praising the writers who create characters who can find their way back to the light. But preferably, stay alive after being redeemed. That's more powerful because it forces said character to live a life of repentance but also, they become someone who will never let other people fall into darkness. Because they are so familiar with the pain and darkness, that they don't want anyone going through with what they went through. Unfortunately, this final part of the hero story is rarer still. Most writers just kill them off after being redeemed like Wanda or Darth Vader. I hope to get more characters like Wanda and what I described above because those types of heroes are more inspirational.
Wanda was never a villain. She has endured more loss than any other avenger. Her parents were killed then her brother was killed. She found happiness with vision and then he was killed. She was taken in the blip and when she came back all she wanted was to honour visions wishes and put him to rest so he wouldn’t be used but then she had to watch them tearing him apart. The last letter from him with the house showing the future he planned that she would never get that’s enough to break anyone. She had a total mental breakdown. She wasn’t aware of what she did in the town. When she realised she put it right at the cost of the husband and kids she would lose. Then when she was trying to heal she hears her kids call out to her. Say what you want but I don’t know any mother that wouldn’t destroy the world to protect her kids. This world just kept taking and taking from her would it killed them to give her something

Its heart breaking.Her corruption really did NOT come from the desire to sin, but to staying attached to situations that she needed to grieve. If she just would have grieved, her search for her children wouldn't have corrupted her to the point of making her a dark, nihilistic god. Cuz baby that was the level she was on. Its a good counter to the season wanda, whenher grief didn't help, then came anger, but after those emotions is acceptance. This shows me, that as good as a attachment might seem, family, a wedding, a lover, a diploma, if it becomes obession it can lead to sin.
A small plot hole is that if she can dreamwlak, why couldn’t she just dream walk herself into another timeline with her children and live with her children????

But when she realised that those citizens were in terrible pain because of her, she released them. Ultimately she let her own desire go to end the agony of all those people. Untill then it's fine, but after that she should have refrained herself from going deeper into those magic and witchcraft things. Why she got tempted to open the darkhold, when Agatha warned her about the dangerous consequences of wielding such powers

I think you didn't watch the movie properly it is clearly stated dark hold holders have to pay the price someway or somehow and it is never a good power to use for and Wanda's Conditions are one of it the more powerful someone becomes out of dark power the more they lost the control from their sanity and the changes are so natural to realize what they're becoming.
