Wanda Maximoff Expands the Hex to Save Her Vision Scene [No BGM] | WandaVision

- Outside Westview, S.W.O.R.D. director Tyler Hayward is preparing to attack Maximoff, but Monica Rambeau, Darcy Lewis, and Jimmy Woo warn him against antagonizing Maximoff as it would only start a war they cannot win.
Vision tries to push through the Hex but begins disintegrating. Darcy begs Hayward to help Vision, but she is handcuffed to a car. Billy senses that Vision is in trouble and tells Wanda, who expands the walls of the Hex. The new boundary restores Vision but also envelops Darcy and several S.W.O.R.D. agents and turns them into circus performers. Hayward, Rambeau, and Woo manage to flee.

@@akshatsharma9740 That depends entirely on his programming. Even an automaton is usually programmed to detect and avoid damage. Vision is an AI. And Vision's body is a cellular-level merging of biological and electronic/mechanical components, at least according to Ultron in the movie where the body was constructed. When Ultron started to copy his program into Vision's body, that was when Wanda could start reading his mind. They explained that this was because he was becoming part biological due to the transference.
So I think the default assumption should be that Vision really can feel pain.
Honestly even though it was such a sad scene it was definitely one of my favorites bc Paul plays vision so well! And so far marvel hasn't disappointed me when it comes to choosing the right actor or actress for the character. I love them all!

How is it that even after Wanda was made aware of what was happening, she couldn't simply scout out Vision herself, but had to rely on telepathy from Wiccan in his infancy. Is he a stronger telepath than she is? I also find it interesting that even though the boys can't exist outside the Hex, Billy here is able to perceive outside of it.
Maybe bc she created him, she isn’t mind-controlling him in the same way she’s controlling everyone else? Or maybe since the hex was created without her conscious control she can only subconsciously direct things. In order to directly influence peoples’ minds it seems like she has to do that creepy demon walk behind them and stick magic up their ear.

I've always been terrified by Wanda's ability to change and manipulate the reality when I think what successive changes might give rise to.That's why she lost her mind and went crazy.Constantly changing reality causes one to lose the perception of what is real and what is not.

Felt weird to make the SWORD director an enemy, can he really be faulted for his actions in these scenarios?? And Wanda didn't earn redemption in this series, she just let her puppets go. It would have made more sense to have this end with her having her children taken away rather than giving them up, leaving viewers with the impression that the witch will return and not lose again.

This show’s ending was a mess smh
I have tried and I just can’t get into it.
Well... he still made Wanda fix everything. I think he was reffering to the fact they had to protect the City.
Vision was talking about the fact that Agatha has turned out to be a crazy witch and a crazy dangerous version of himself is loose in town. He doesn’t know yet that White Vision is only programmed to kill him and Wanda; for all he knows, he could be there to kill everyone in Westview. He and Wanda need to fight them off so the townspeople can survive, before they can focus on her undoing the Hex.
Bit overkill, she only need to expand the radius by maybe ten or twenty feet
She’s trying to stop the soldiers too
Whole family father magneto, daughter wanda, brother silver surfer are just amazing , little bit tough for vision to have a father in law who controls metals😆😆😁
Vision getting peeled apart like that feels hollow now knowing that it was never actually him.
It is him. He’s apart of her and lives inside her. All she did was manifest him apart from herself so he can now be a walking talking body.
Vision was being torn apart yet always cared about how the people of Westview needed help.

Seeing this again, I guess I'm not surprised she obliterated Professor X. She shows that she can freeze people just as effectively (if not moreso because she is freezing an entire town whereas Xavier is never shown to freeze that many people), on top of the other dozens of different ways she can warp reality and use her powers. As much as I hated to watch Stewart's Professor X die for the third time on screen, I get it
I still understand how a infinity stone boosted her powers so much that she is now a literal multi dimensional level being. Or I think she is since she is could basically travel through out the multiverse at that point.
@@captainfighter7666 Best way I can explain it is that her powers did not come from the stone. But instead think of the stone as less of a power-up and more of a key. The infinity stone “unlocked” Wanda’s potential.

Dude she was handidly trashing Thanos and no selled all of his attacks but he's a highly strategic warlord and warrior and adapted by pulling out a stone to use it bare handed when she stopped him from using his glove. Props to both characters.
