Thanks so much. Man, it seems like a bad design that one cannot more easily get at that debris to vacuum it out. On servicing something else on my car today I looked in and saw a bunch of dry droppings from our cedar tree in mine. Tried using the shop vac but it didn't have the power to pull content up to that grill opening. Tried using a 2-foot length of wire through the openings to nudge material over to one end....with not such great results either. Glad to know what the inside of that space is like and the function it is supposed to carry out in terms of both drainage down the fender sides and air intake. Now to go look at your other video(s) and see about that drainage run and how to explore that too.
