HQ Holden Headlight Upgrade to Stedi LED Homage lights

After last weeks roll racing and barely being able to see out the back of the track I ordered a set of Stedi LED Homage 7.5” replacement lights. Install was quick and painless and the light output is great.

Great upgrade, I drove my HQ back form QLD on original sealed beams and ran the whole way with high beam on as we couldn't see a bloody thing out on the highway. Looks good

The old candle power definitely needed an upgrade! We came back from victor harbour last night and it was such an improvement over the old ones. Now if I can get my wipers to work as good?…..

Looks good. Just to clarify, the sealed beams are not halogens as described when you were driving along

Hay.... Nice HQ!.... & I have to say the stedi head light kit really suit the car, personally I think it gives it a modern look.
I'm looking into the same idea with my VC valiant utility as it has the old school seal beams & of course there terrible....

Imagine being able to replace the headlights without taking the whole front end off ..... yes VE I am looking at you.

I got them direct from Stedi, Delivery was quick. Not the cheapest light but ADR approved and good quality.

I prefer the original looking units with newer bulbs this looks out of place

Don’t have a choice with the sealed beams, can’t upgrade the bulb as such. I would have preferred to leave the originals but they just don’t put out enough light.
