Their acceptance rate system is a scam. You can no longer see pickup/dropoff location on map unless you have GOLD level, but that means you would have to take every $3.45 crappy ride. WTF?
@@MarioDeliveries Mine is just slightly above that at 20. It's a catch-22 situation as they won't show pickup and destination points on map (it's done randomly) UNLESS you reach GOLD but if I don't know where I am going I just don't pickup... so acceptance rate is low and will never reach GOLD. I don't chase the rides. I only do this part-time to fill gaps in my time. I have a perfect 5 score. Wash the car daily. Get amazing compliments about how clean the car is. They want to keep drivers at around 50 cents a minute and under $1 a mile.
Uber is offering $30 for completion of 70 rides over the weekend. They are also offering rides of a total of 7 miles for less than $5. These rides could take as long as 25 minutes in Las Vegas.
Vegas and NYC have horrendous traffic... well so do many other places. They don't care. I don't drive rush hour anymore. Not sitting for 90 minutes on a 20 minute ride that pays $15/
This is why I give Uber and Lyft drivers cash tips.

I always suspected as much! That's why, when I use Uber or Lyft, I'll show the driver that I'm leaving him/her a tip.
