This video explained every illness and emotional symptom I’ve ever had that multiple doctors couldn’t explain. More than one of which told me were all in my head. The graph and symptoms explained what I have felt my entire life so dead on I almost fainted! Although..... You could’ve have AT LEAST mentioned how to slow the damn bear down! BTW I’m 10 hours away 🤦‍♂️

@@zepplin839 yes! Great progress! Started taking natural cortisol blockers, CBD and an Adrenal support supplement. Life changing! No more prescription meds, anxiety is all but completely gone, better sleep, BP is normal for the first time in 20 years, and neuropathy has disappeared after 12 years! This video started it all! Still have slight tinnitus but that is also subsiding.

Hey Glen, I have this issue too. If you don't mind me asking what supplements helped you?

Excellent video. Doctors should consider giving their patients ligitimate/approved video recommendations for educating their patients like this video does. Use only highly trained, vetted, experienced & qualified doctors like Dr. Bilstrom so we can understand our own medical issues better. In U.S. we get (if we're lucky) 15 mins with a doctor & most of the time they are busy typing notes into a computer system & not able to give us any education about our medical problems.

My saliva cortisol test result was at the top of the chart in the morning(off the grid?), dipped into the high normal in the late afternoon and began to rise before bedtime.
Diagnosed with ADD w/o hyperactivity 9 months ago(I have had lifelong symptoms)I have Type 2 Diabetes and HBP for about 28 years. 68 years old.

This would be much much better without the music interfering. I am hearing impaired and it sure did not help

The sound is messed up on this video. The music is louder than the doctor's voice.

What about night owls like me. I work in the overnight hours, 10 pm until 7am. Usually I will leave home about 35 minutes before, and come back home about 30 minutes after 7am, 5 days a week.

2;22 when to test...since no dr. actually knows

Oof, he described me exactly. All the symptoms. But how do I convince a doctor to help me check these levels? Most of the time they are very dismissive about ideas that the patients have.

Do you think it's possible having a discrepancy between the saliva and the blood test results?
I've taken morning & evening saliva tests, and cortisol was low in both, while in the blood test (taken 3 times during a day) cortisol levels were normal and with a natural curve.
    Thank you!

When you put Dr in your title are we talking about medical doctor?
