Pink Floyd is still well known to teenagers , Maybe not as much as 20 years ago but they are still very relevant . It's funny but I used to attempt to get my stepdaughter interested in older music when she was a teen about 10 years ago and she had no interest as she just wanted to listen to the newest Rap or Pop songs that were out .
Flash forward to her now being 25 , most of the music she now listens to is from the 70's , 80's and early 90's as she grew up to realize that the older music is much better lyrically and sonicaly .

Ok Kids, this is Kate Bush, one of the most profound female voices of the 1980's.
The guy with funny small guitar is David Gilmour, member of the best band ever created 'Pink Floyd', and subsequent solo artist, both roles prominent from the 60's, 70's 80's 90's 2000's 2010's and still today in the 2020's. If you love this song from stranger things, go you tube her other songs, and if you like seeing and hearing the best gitarist on earth, check out pink floyd and david gilmour.

Pink Floyd not only has one of the best guitarists ever (David Gilmour), but also has the best two albums of all time, The Dark Side Of The Moon and The Wall, also has Roger Waters, that has a bunch of talent for songwriting, composing music, playing bass and guitar. Has Richard Wright (totally underrated guy), Nick Mason, one of the best drummers of his generation, and (my favorite) Syd Barrett, one the founding members of Pink Floyd, he was a genius that gave Pink Floyd its touch and made it what it was, sadly he was a huge drug addict.

I think the reluctance of Kate Bush to play live comes from the pressure she puts on herself to create a huge show filled with theatrics and dance and all the tiring rehearsal that involves. This performance here proves that if she wanted to she could do a straightforward show/tour, just holding a mic in front of a live band and singing. It's actually very rare to see her doing just that and it works great.

This is a good, energetic version, however, IMHO, a few of your well-chosen words, "hypnotic" & "dark" do not apply to this live version as much as they did when you described the album version. The iconic modified "cello" part done with the Fairlight CMI is missing here & the Fairlight CMI choir seems to be absent too. (Much of the ttime, it was hard to hear the synth part, so I'm not 100% sure whether or not the JP-8 was playing some sort of choir sound, although nothing sounds like a Fairlight.)

I discovered Kate Bush through the Hounds of Love album when I was 11 in 1984. It was the year my father died suddenly and Cloudbusting helped me through. Seeing Kate play live at the Hammersmith Apollo in 2014 from the middle of the 4th row was so emotional. I thought she wouldn't play Cloudbusting when the concert ended ..but she came back and sung it for the encore...an experience I will never forget.
Hounds of Love was released in the days well before Spotify when we would listen to whole albums. I start thinking she might very well be the best female pop/rock musician in history of modern music, it was always close between her and Cyndi lauper, Tina turner, Whitney houston and few others, but she is really having edge over them, with time she is surpassing them, still very close between her and Cyndi but she has the edge.
