    When it comes to building your arms...
    You've got to take a 2-pronged approach... work your biceps AND your triceps. And I've found some exercises work better than others at my age...
    In today's video I'll show you how to hit the bi's and tri's HARD for more growth. Comment below and let me know what you think!

    Excelent as always Gary! Your explanations are very informative and practical. Is there any difference between doing 3 consecutive triceps and biceps sets vs alternating 1 set tri 1 set bi?

    thanks Gary for some more awesome Arm Building Exercises. I'm a 50 yr old just starting out with weight training. would you recommend using a combination of this video and the 1 you did "ultimate Full Body work out for mass " doing these on alternate days or just stick to one.

    I injured my knee in Jiujitsu about a month ago and will take 3-6 months to fully heal, so it's a good time to work on my arms now. I never work just arms... but will now incorporate arms day :)

    Is it really advisable to work bis and tris on the same day? I thought bis and back are good to train the same day with chest & back on another day.

  • @hansdegebruiker1968

    Can I combine these with chest and back exercises? I do now 1 day legs, one day pull, one day push and one day cardio plus 1 restday. I'm 54

    Eating in a surplus. Is that more carbs or protein?

    • @LiveAnabolic
      @LiveAnabolic  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When eating at a caloric surplus, it is good to increase both carbs and proteins. It is always good to make sure that you are eating enough protein.

      If you watch him pick up weights he kinda demonstrates it. It varied by exercise. Those bench press tri lifts were 45lbs, the behind necks looked like they were 20 to 25 and the tri behind the body was light like 10 or 15. Just watch what he does. Won't give your weight but shows you heavy lifting exercises vs, light I think..
