Great video ! I’m glad you explained the reason for twisting during the curl. I’ve seen that before but didn’t know if it was really beneficial.
    Thanks, God Bless

I appreciate all the details you tell us about in this video. Like how to squeeze out that last rep and bring the dumbbell down on your shoulder to rest and keep one safe before putting the dumbbell on the ground. Give your videos coming.

I grew up in Dallas, TX and his dialect is 100% the DFW. I thought it was George Bush's identical twin brother, the look, the expression, the accent, the articulateness, the tone, the manners. Great video. You could make a fortune going on Saturday night live doing an impersonation.

Triceps kickbacks might be better for you, but remember, any triceps exercise you do will activate the elbow joint.

Good video if building size is your goal. At 73, I've been working out since I was 14. When I was younger, I, too, always focused on that goal of being bigger. As years went by, I began to prioritize a different goal. I learned to prioritize getting stronger while limiting hypertrophy to the bare minimum required to gain strength. I feel better with a higher strength to bodyweight. I don't need to carry extra bulk that does me no good. That extra bulk that isn't adding to your strength is really just weighing you down. You need to consume more calories to maintain that extra bulk. More calories reduces longevity and costs you more at the grocery store. So, focus on gaining strength first. Size is great if your going to be a competitive bodybuilder. For everyone else, get strong and stay lean. You'll be a lot happier and healthy in the process.

eyes determine volume and dimension not by being super high definition but by sending 2 camera angles to your brain which then combines them into a 3 dimensional shape, cameras flatten things because its just 1 point of view.

I do not think it holds true any more that people, being male or female give the bis more work than the tris. It is fully understood now in every gym in the USA that the tris need to be worked equally as hard if not more than the bis.

Genetics plays a big part in big arms. Short guys have it much easier because their limbs are generally shorter which means shorter more compressed muscles. Tall skinny guys with long limbs have to work twice as hard with much less to show for.

But keep in mind that a lot of the folks tuning in are new to this and benefit from the good info! A friend of mine over 50, who thought he was too old and fat to get into shape, started watching these vids, following the advice, and doing the routines earlier this year. His transformation has been impressive!

You look very similar to George W. Bush. Even talk like him. But you are in better shape. I would fall out of my chair if your from Texas.
