It's really the most fun racing game i've ever played and seen and the most nostalgic for me too. Listening to its soundtrack is incredible and makes me remember so fun childhood times :)
When I do play games, most of it is spent on Dirt 3. Earlier this week I decided to try and beat the world records in trailblazer events. This morning I beat one, and was super hyped about it cuz I cleared it by a whole two seconds. I later looked it up and found that someone else had done it ten seconds faster than me (five years ago) so now I can’t wait to get back into that challenge
I still play this game. I still love it. I haven't got an Xbox One so I've never played the dirt's that have followed. So much to enjoy. I especially love the classic rally car list

Just recently set up my old Xbox one, and this game was in my library from when it was a game with gold years ago. I’ve been addicted to this game. 14 years old.
I love DiRT 3... But to be honest. I think DiRT 2 is the best in the series.. The track design in 2 was absolutely amazing, every second was a struggle to survive, the tracks went up and down, jumps, twist and turns, through water, bridges, tunnels, stadions with fireworks going off as you past certain sections, It was outstanding!! It has an excitement, none of the other DiRT games has... Like I said, DiRT 3 was also great, but the tracks and intensity too a step down.. DiRT 4 was horrible, and looked much worse than DiRT 3 graphically.. Which was a real let down... DiRT Rally 2.0s graphics is phenomenal!!!
_Mario Kart_ online still runs away with the cake, but _Dirt 3_ is a great game, in its own right - likely among the Top 5, ever, unless you count those without wheels and/or motors, such as boats, skateboards, jet skis, snowboards, and/or snow skis games. Still. That’s HUGE.
Im in love with this game, the split screen was a great addition as at out school we have tournaments during breaks. I really want to buy the game as im currently steam sharing it, do you know of any good websites to still buy the steam version

I bought dirt 4 from steam for a nice cheap price. Within an hour I had asked for a refund. Went on eBay and bought a dirt 3 steam code for £1.69. Ten times better for a tenth of the price!
Dirt 3 is more arcade-y which makes it more accessible for larger audience. Dirt 4 in the other hand is more like a simulator. I enjoyed 4 better because i like the challenge. Playing dirt 4 on a keyboard though is not possible though so i think that makes 3 better overall. If I had a steering wheel i would rather play 4 than 3 just because 4 is more realistic. But in that sense, i'd just buy dirt rally 2 if i wanted realism.

It has better menu, you can choose simulator or arcade driving style, better soundtrack, more vehicles than DiRT Rally 2.0 without DLCs, etc... I think that 4 may be better than 3, but DiRT 3 is pure nostalgia. For me DiRT Showdown is a game I like the most from the franchise. I haven't played DiRT 1 and 2 yet tho
I have 4 PS3's...they all have been thoroughly cleaned. Yet after 30 min of playing this game, the fans turn on high speed. I believe this game was max for the PS3.

I hope Dirt 5 will be like dirt 3. Because I didn’t like the Dirt after the 3 at all. Really I don’t like them at all. Dirt 3 was fun if you wanted to with the ground colors help for speed and trajectories, more arcade if you wanted but with a great driving experience anyway... now that’s not so great in my opinion. It’s too much arcade or too much simulation. And too much parameters etc... not a great driving experience in my opinion. So I hope dirt 5 will be like dirt 3 that I enjoyed a lot !!!!
Dirt 2 is more fun, incendiary, interesting than Dirt 3. Codemasters were too lazy to saturate the game with tracks, jumps, epic. But still, the game turned out to be very good, but much inferior to Dirt 2

Yeah, between Dirt 3 and Race Driver: Grid (Grid 1), you couldn't get much better on either PC or PS3.
"Trailblazer" is the most fun I've ever had in a racing game, and "Outbreak" (basically "tag" in a gymkhana arena) wasn't far behind. Incredible game.
