This just saved me all sorts of headaches ! It worked on my Logitech MK270. I spent 1 hour prior to this video switching out keyboard batteries and switching USB hubs. Nothing! And my computer was in sign-in screen mode so was concerned it had to go to Apple care but NO. THANK YOU so much!

This worked on my K858 - my first switch wasn’t working but the second one was. Was going insane trying to troubleshoot it. I tried the commands and it worked - they don’t list this on the troubleshooting tips so far as I know. Now I know how to reset in the future! The wireless and switch capability is why I bought the keyboard - so it’s essential for me to have it working.

thank you. had to reset my keyboard k480 logitech and your code worked. changed laptop and cell phone newer model...forgot about my keyboard...it is pretty good one...wish it had more setting options like 4 ,5 o 6 devices versus just 2...touch on keyboard i find a bit slow...i am a pretty fast typer. but overall pretty decent device for price...
