    I do wonder, have you ever checked out the swiss version of wrestling? (it's called "Schwingen" which literally translates to "swinging"). It might not be as colourful as the mongolian wrestling, but it's quite interesting too :)

    In Dan Carlin’s episode about the Khan , he states that an expeditionary force ( basically scouts) of 25000 mongols went toe to toe against the biggest army that Europe could muster up to that point and in short notice 90000 poles Hungarians, Etc. and basically obliterated them , this is testament to the sheer brutality that these mongols possessed .

      There are 6 million Mongolians in China, 3 million in Mongolia. Inner and outer Mongolia had been separated for more than 4 centuries.
