I too believe we could learn a lot from the Pakistani traditions! Living in a small border town in North America. I’ve watched our countries, Canada and America, and our peoples become more and more selfish, entitled, two-faced, and anti-social. To the point where it is now out of hand. You can’t even say, “Hi!” to anyone anymore without them thinking you want something from them, or that you’re trying to attack their character or life choices! I believe that drugs and social media have played a huge role in this. But if our countries took a page out of Pakistan’s playbook maybe we’d have peace in the world? Who knows? We won’t unless we try! Great content guys! Can’t wait for the next video!

Keep up the incredible story of your Strength Unknown and I'll happily hit that thumbs up and comment to feed the algorithm! lol Bless you and yours good brotha now off to finish what I already know is going to be a great video!!
Aaahh man. Martins and crew. You are making me miss traveling. I used to be an Olympic Weightlifter and I travelled a lot. My most amazing memories were doing strength and combat sports on India and Iran. From the Kushti to the Zoorkhaneh. Despite I have seen and eaten a lot. Those training were the things that will always stay with me. Hopefully it is the same for you. :)
YESSSS I have been commenting this for multiple vidoes. I friking love you for this
I'm a huge fan of the dream like quality of your production and delivery. The respect you show the places you visit feeds the soul. Thanks Martins et al, you make the world a better place.
Love these videos great job Romark and Martins! Cant wait for the second video!
It's Great to Honour Pakistan, Your channel with these series is very much underrated... Thanks for exploring pakistan to such extent, I wish they must need to show you north of pakistan where you see porter lifting tones of weight on their shoulder to reach final destination of tourist you usually find them in K2 trek ... the second highest peak in the world
The second Kabaddi Clip is of my Dads Kabaddi match back in the 1980’s
Long time sub here and this seriously needed some love, thank you so MUCH Martin! ❤❤💪
i loved driving on Pakistani roads, pure freedom, no rules. i did a burnout at a police checkpoint and dusted up the whole joint. i drove over a speed ramp at 70mph next to a cop car went flying - it was a rental - it's not illegal!! tyres can be as bold as you like, tints?? u can put towels over your windows, they don't give a shit.
Words can not describe how much I’m loving these videos
Damn! That was beautiful and makes me proud of my own culture. Looking forward to watching you lift those stones in the next part, Martins!
Kabaddi is the cultural sport of Punjab played all over Punjab from West Punjab, Pakistan's south most district Rahim Yar Khan and East Punjab, India's east most districts. It is played all over Punjab region contributing to our rich culture of sports.
And I want to correct your escort that Kabaddi is purely a Punjabi sport which spread out to other regions in indian subcontinent and south asia.
I love your videos brother! Working on my own strength journey through kettle bells and traveling in what ways I can. I love watching your adventures and I love how you get so excited and paint strength and the beautiful form that it is.
Beyond Epic
Fantastic video bro. I enjoyed it through and through. Thanks very much.
one of my favorites series on youtube defenetly the best quality of the strength content.
great job guys
Amazing doc, hurry up and upload part 2!
Good one bro, you should check out Punjab in India next. Same culture, same food, same people, same language, just different religions and associated dietary restrictions and dressing.
Both Punjabs play against each other in Kabaddi.
We absolutely would love to! Please spread the word of the work we do so we can keep growing this channel and visit India as well!
Calm down mate
Both Punjabis can’t have same food
Meat is big difference in diet apart from other differences.
I am not hating East Punjabis
But 🇮🇳 use east Punjab to lie that
“We are same people propaganda”
@@usmanqureshi08 you're going off on a tangent dude. Yes, muslims do eat a lot more meat than Sikhs and you eat halal, which is forbidden in our religion. This is in line with my comment about dietary differences.
Do you think you're an Arab descendent "qureshi"?
🤣🤣
A lot of Sikhs still eat meat
@@usmanqureshi08 There are more similarities than differences therefore it is safe to say that both sides share the majority of the "cultural" heritage.
best series ever watched on utube. please continue it martins. love from india
