Hello. Sure, I can say that 6 months after getting an e-bike it was probably one of the best purchases I have ever made. It has been a lifestyle changer in providing more fun & excitement for exercise & biking than anything I've done in over 25 years. Just sad I gotta wait about 4 more months for winter to end so I can go out riding again. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have.

Its perfect! I think there is just enough room for my Traxxas Rustler VXL in the front, and my TRX6 on that back rack. I love all your content I'm a true follower. Keep up the good work and fun. I'm on the west coast myself too bud! Love the scenery! Great bike to see it with.

Thanks for the good review. I'm curious how much battery you used in your of road, hilly, level 5, adventure. My understanding is the aventure is a speed sensor not a true cadence sensor, so did you notice allot of power drain having to be in level 5 allot for hills?. Thanks again
Aventon's customer SERVICE is NONEXISTENT! The lack of a dedicated toll-free number staffed with actual living customer support representatives is deplorable. And for a customer to have to wait for one week or longer for any type of response to an email request for assistance is unconscionable and totally ridiculous in the XXI Century.
Agreed! The Aventon app is great, lets you record and save ride details with GPS, and the USB port lets you keep the phone charged while doing it. Super useful detail.
I have watched several reviews on this bike and then in reading the comments it seems that the customer service is a major down side to the point of definitely Being a deal breaker for me .
I'm 256 and hoping it can handle my weight. I just ordered over the weekend so don't have it yet. Also hoping I don't have a 2 month wait to receive it. I'm not very patient and need to get out of this house!

There's just so many others, what I do is pay close attention to the reviews, because if the majority of people give it a good review, I figure it's a good product, and a person does not need to spend a ridiculous amount of money to get a good one. Looking at this link, Amazon will show you multiple other ones that do the same thing, with the same quality and price. You mention it weighing 72lbs, but the manual lists it at 101lbs. Which of these is accurate? And how does it feel when running with NO pedal assist? Thanks again!

@@DiogenesOfCa I haven't had to contact customer support yet, though I have only had it for about two weeks. It's nice to ride, though I am a bit disappointed that the maximum handlebar height isn't to my liking. I'm more of an upright rider than an aerodynamic one. I still need to adjust the saddle to my taste, but I've taken it out for a few rides around the neighborhood and it's handled itself well. I average about 10MPH when not using the assist, and have mostly only used the assist functions when going uphill or wanting to see how fast I can go. It's also really refreshing to feel like I can end a ride tired and have help on the way back. I have a lot of plans for upgrades and cargo capacity, and I haven't really used it for errands since I don't have a proper lock yet. Maybe that should be today's goal...
I own two of Aventon Aventure's. They are great bikes. But the step thru arrived with issues, and both bikes were missing parts. On the step-thru, it took me six hours of work to modify the channel containing brake line and electrical wires behind the battery, just to get the battery to stay in. Almost six months later they still have not shipped the part. So while the bikes ended up good, the quality control and customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this company.
Sounds like a great bike. I think after reading reviews like yours I will buy from my local dealer too avoid those problems. Plus the shop has 1 year free mobile service for any issues that you may have. Ya I would not trust buying online. Thanks for the tip .
Another reviewer who doesn’t mention the best feature that you can get with this bike. You can buy through a dealer and not just online. If you buy online you have to assemble and tune. That’s where a lot of novice people have problems. They think they have it right and when they ride it they make problems because it is not adjusted and tuned correctly. If you buy online and have a warranty issues you have to diagnose and request parts and fix yourself. And after warranty most bike shops including the Aventon dealers don’t work on online purchase bikes. Imagine buying your car and no dealer warranty and no repair garage would work on it.
. You can buy it direct and have it sent to a dealer for $100 tune up set up. They will do all warranty and even give you a year for another tune up. Currently in this process as I type! I had it shipped to my house and dropped box off at dealer. I wanted to inspect first for damage.
Absolutely! I agree totally.. I bought mine from a shop the same day I test rode it. People.. if you want to buy this bike.. check the bike shops that carry aventons. It’s a much better way to go.. and yes.. if you’re a novice .. and know nothing about setting up a bike.. you’re gonna have problems. And you’re going to wonder why your bike doesn’t work properly.

With assisted ebikes, calories are always lost and fitness gained. Not as much lactic acid threshold training but the key is getting out today an every day in our future.
Your heart doesn't know what exercise you're doing....getting the heart rate up, means fitness and calorie burn. That's what's great about an E bike, because you can work as hard as what you want to

Does this bike allow you to ride sitting upright? I need to be able to sit upright due to back problems.
You can put a taller stem or a adjustable stem on it we did it to our levels.

Any fat tire e-bile is going to be a CHORE to pedal without pedal assist.
