So, what he meant was there are excess teachers of some tribes and already regularised which cannot be terminated. So there can be recruitment of those tribes only when someone retires and when there are vacancies which is likely to take a decade. And this is called equal representation based on linguistics. How come Ao and Sumi alone took 43.8 % in primary teachers which is too excessive. Are other nagas not capable? even if we combined the whole tribes of primary teachers, this two community alone took half of primary teachers. The main reason is due to more assembly seats. In the past, backdoor appointment was at its peak with political involvement which reflects more ministers more appointment. Ao alone have 11 seats and Sumi alone 10 seats. So this two alone have 21 seats out of 60 seats which means more seats more appointment.
Appointment of primary teachers are based on the existing of the numbers of schools, and State government have appointed accordingly. Moreover, apart from education department, there are more than 60 government departments. If it implement in all the departments what will be the result? Think carefully and don't dragged to triabilism.

I don't think so, 15 tribes should have more primary teachers than the two tribes. Way back in 2012 and 2013, few hundreds primary teachers were recruited through SSA and RMSA n post was allotted district wise n the rest was appointed through backdoor appointment where sumi and Ao have more seats which means more backdoor appointment. Sumi alone has 11 and Ao 11 seats which this two tribes alone have 22 seats out of 60 seats. Go through the National Education policy 2020, where primary teachers are appointed to local people even if they go through meritocracy coz of linguistic problems. No issues where almost all ministers enjoys backdoor appointment in the past where a tribes which enjoy more seats enjoys more appointment. If we check 60 govt department again this two tribes will suffer the most coz more seats more appointment.Need to accept delimitation and reservation policy should be changed through Creamy layer.

In the name of reservation many deserving candidates were victimised. If Election commission of India implement delimitation policies everyone will treat equally so the is no question of objection. How come Ao and Sumi alone took 43.8 % in primary teachers which is too excessive. Are other nagas not capable? even if we combined the whole tribes of primary teachers, this two community alone took half of primary teachers. The main reason is due to more assembly seats. In the past, backdoor appointment was at its peak with political involvement which reflects more ministers more appointment. Ao alone have 11 seats and Sumi alone 10 seats. So this two alone have 21 seats out of 60 seats which means more seats more appointment.
Appointment of primary teachers are based on the existing of the numbers of schools, and State government have appointed accordingly. Moreover, apart from education department, there are more than 60 government departments. If it implement in all the departments what will be the result? Think carefully and don't dragged to triabilism.

I don't think so, 15 tribes should have more primary teachers than the two tribes. Way back in 2012 and 2013, few hundreds primary teachers were recruited through SSA and RMSA n post was allotted district wise n the rest was appointed through backdoor appointment where sumi and Ao have more seats which means more backdoor appointment. Sumi alone has 11 and Ao 11 seats which this two tribes alone have 22 seats out of 60 seats. Go through the National Education policy 2020, where primary teachers are appointed to local people even if they go through meritocracy coz of linguistic problems. No issues where almost all ministers enjoys backdoor appointment in the past where a tribes which enjoy more seats enjoys more appointment. If we check 60 govt department again this two tribes will suffer the most coz more seats more appointment.Need to accept delimitation and reservation policy should be changed through Creamy layer.
@@X_-fg309 I don't encourage any corruption, and everyone should treat equally, and yes reservation policies should also change as you've said. In the name of reservation many deserving candidates were victimised. If Election commission of India implement delimitation policies everyone will treat equally so the is no question of objection. But many of our nagas have a mentality of creating triabilism. Instead of confronting unnecessary arguments , playing petty politics and hating one tribe to others why don't we demand demand for quality educational centres with full facilities for all the tribes and closedown of all the non existance school/ ghost school regardless of tribes and that should be initiated by Educational department.

He is an elected representative who has been tasked to advise the chief minister in matters relating to school education.These unions are mere student bodies of thier respective tribes. Thier influence is only within thier tribe.The rest of the other tribes don't even care.

Quote from NEP 2020 "One of the highlights of the NEP is its emphasis on mother tongue education at the primary levels in both state- and privately owned schools". So, if one tribe can compete the other tribe in their own mother tongue, in my opinion they should also allow to compete.
