This isn't like MMX2, where if you don't defeat the x-hunter while they are in the stage they are gone forever and that they never appear in stages you completed. Sure. In X4 there is an in game cheat that allows you to acquire the ultimate black giga armor that allows X to unleash unlimited giga attacks with no energy loss. Since its not a code cheat or game shark code break it should technically count as a legitimate giga attack since the giga attacks from x1,2,3 were also in game cheats that required some unique combination of obsticals overcome to acquire it.
X never had a Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku as an easter egg in X3 as with the Hadoken in X1 and Shoryuken in X2; instead, he had the Z-Saber as his optional, most powerful attack Although his Nova Strike functions like a Tatsumaki in which it is an Air Dash attack that deals multiple hits And a fact: In Rockman X Dive, X can be seen using the Tatsumaki in his third armor as an easter egg if you switch between X in that armor and another character four times

It has the highest attack power, but it is slow, and has a full charge time :v
The hadouken is technically the most powerful. It was literally a one shot KO. I believe the only way to use it was to have full health

I beat X3 Twice and NEVER once got the Z Saber (I also never encountered the Mosquito Miniboss and Volt Kuragil Boss)
That means you never beat (and destroyed via his weakness) Vile before the final stages.
