That is something I love about X8. Zero has such a wide variety of weapons which have minor but still important diferences. Except the glaive and the sigma blade, those were OP. And the knuckles are too hard to use.
It's too bad X8 didn't do better than it did. There's a visibly high level of effort in the game. It's clear they were really, really trying, even if not every idea worked out amazingly.

well in my honest opinion it actually suppose to be because since it's a part of Zero's weapons because he use to use his Z-Buster a lot in Mega man X 1, 2 and 3 with his saber so it should automatically counts as one of Zero's weapons but if KRT thinks Zero's Z-Buster isn't then that's KRT's choice but everyone has their own opinion about Mega Man X sequels

Well, you can get the pink saber if you kill Axle the Red and when selected to increase the "blood" and "mana", choose the bottom line as "mana". At that time you will get pink saber

It also increases the damage done by X's Buster, and the Blade Armor air dash
