    These videos have really helped me on my diet. i have lost 60 pounds on the diet i am on, but started too get off of it because it was all the same stuff, then i started the smoothies and they helped SO much. Thanks a lot man, keep up the good work!

    I've tried and enjoyed the other smoothie vids u made. I am defiantly looking forward to trying this one. Blueberries are also my favorite.

    Good thing I read about rotating my greens. I used the purple leaves with the normal green ones and didn't know if that was right. It was just a bit more bitter but I just added extra fruit(whichever fruit I decide) to make the taste better.

    To be completely honest i went out and bought all the stuff that you have used in your first two munchie mondays and i have absolutely just felt better knowing that i am a little bit healthier. I am on the track team for my high school so i got the workout part down

    Great video, had this smoothie over the weekend before you put up this video ironically. I added a little ice and vanilla protein powder. One of my favorites as well!

    You could also add Cranberries as well because those have a good amount of Dietary fiber :)

    I love these smoothie videos! If you guys are looking to get healthy and shred fat then i have a perfect workout for you guys! It involves jump rope which i believe is the best for shredding fat, it is probably just as easy as the 4 min workouts.
    Start off by jumping rope as usual with two feet, do as many reps as you can for 20 sec. Take a break for 10 sec then do just your right foot for 20 sec and rest for 10 then do the same exact with your left foot. Then alternate your left and right foot 2 hops on each leg for 20 sec then rest for 10. Then to top it off do running in place with the rope for 20 more sec then rest for how ever long seems necessary. You can do as many sets as you want and i even throw in his 4 min workouts in between and i am really starting to see some nice results. Im sure not everyone will see this but for the people who do, i hope you really try this out. Just trying to help some people out.

    I make smoothies like these but I use almond milk. I didn't think water would taste too good but I think I will mix it up and maybe do my lunch smoothie with water and breakfast with almond milk thanks flame.

      let me know how that works out for you. I can see you losing some weight over time since you are cutting out those calories from the milk.

      ***** Yeah I started the replacing breakfast and lunch with the smoothies about 3 months ago. I couldn't believe how filling they were but I began shedding weight pretty quick. I have noticed my weight hitting a plateau here recently so maybe cutting back on the milk and switching to weight training will help.

    Hey Flamesword i was wondering if you still have to rotate your greens (i read the article thanks for posting it) if you use the mixed bags. what i mean is the bag that you use that comes with chard, spinach, Kale, and carrot shavings.

      was never a fan of coconuts, I can only drink their chocolate coconut water really. I agreed with you on all the benefits though.

    I have seen a lot of people's reactions to this and it is pretty funny. I actually like this, and I could drink this just out of personally preference compared to a strawberry smoothie from smoothie king.

    Mike, how do you feel about putting ice instead of water? I personally prefer a cold smoothie and ice adds a nice texture to it.

      You can do it, the fruit I usually put in was in the freezer so they give the smoothies that chill feel.

    flamesword please read, whenever i make my smoothie and try and put like dry oats in with like banana and mixed fruits how to you get the oats to not crush up and ruin the smoothie?

      Feel cutting fat comes with time, but for dinner I like to eat complex carbs, chicken for my protein most of the time, and green veggies.

      Yes you can, you won't be getting the same flavour but most fruit smoothies are delicious anyway :)

      I find that almost anything works. Just make sure you have greens and some type of fruit to make it sweet.

      Greens have almost no flavour, I didn't realise until making my own smoothies. I think they should be in every smoothie! :D

    Flamesword, love the nutrition videos. I'm a coach nutrition and fitness coach myself. Ever heard of Shakeology? It has everything you put into your smoothies (vitamins, antioxidants, etc) and so much more. Probably same price, if not cheaper, monthly expenditure. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

    I have difficulty eating fruit and things like fruit due to the fact that i have an allergy to a protein that is in most fruits and the protein in the fruits is the same as one found in pollen so it is very difficult for me to eat things with fruit, so my question is will you be doing other things like healthy meals soon?

    1:39 - 1:45 Incorrect. Decreasing your body fat is what gets you ripped and shredded. And, to decrease your body fat, you need to consistently maintain a caloric deficit. "Greens" help with micronutrient intake.
