Diet. Calories in vs calories out. For getting your entire body into shape strength training would be a good place to start. High intensity interval training mixed in a routine with compound lifting will lead to great results if you're focused.
Doing actual weight/ bodyweight workouts is actually better for losing weight than doing cardio due to your metabolism working for a longer period of time or do both. Doing cardio only makes your metabolism work while doing the cardio while a workout will make it last 24/48 hours therefore burning more calories and also toning your muscles. but key to losing weight is actually your diet.
I don't know if you know this, but if you look directly ahead instead if looking at the ground when doing push ups you get a better oxygen flow going as you breathe and you might be able to squeeze in a few more push ups. Just what I was taught in the military.
jumping jacks are fine but try being 6 foot 4 in a room where you can barely lift your hands up without banging them on the ceiling never mind jumping ... anything else i can do for a replacement?

Another thing is... how can we "build our chests"? I have a high testosterone level and I'm really bothered by that :(
If you think you're fat you are delusional. Unless you are like 5"0, then that's still below average probably. High T doesn't keep you from building muscle either, so idk where you got that.
From a stand point of getting back into a work out life style it's a start. You would still want to run because it will help you lose weight and actual make you feel better and more vibrant. But for a 16 year old it would be a good thing to do

Just become a runner. I've been running for about a month and a half, I feel happier and healthier.

Try 2.5 cm, that's usually what you have to do in the air force in the UK.
