      Diet. Calories in vs calories out. For getting your entire body into shape strength training would be a good place to start. High intensity interval training mixed in a routine with compound lifting will lead to great results if you're focused.

      Doing actual weight/ bodyweight workouts is actually better for losing weight than doing cardio due to your metabolism working for a longer period of time or do both. Doing cardio only makes your metabolism work while doing the cardio while a workout will make it last 24/48 hours therefore burning more calories and also toning your muscles. but key to losing weight is actually your diet.

    I don't know if you know this, but if you look directly ahead instead if looking at the ground when doing push ups you get a better oxygen flow going as you breathe and you might be able to squeeze in a few more push ups. Just what I was taught in the military.

    Do you have any specific routines that could help me with just the press-ups? It's just because those are the key part for the tests, and is the part in which I'm struggling a little to improve on with the routines I've tried so far.

    Also if you're not experienced with psychical activity you may find it difficult to do as many push-ups in that time. If you you can do them on your knees after doing as man has you can in plank position

    Flame, I just subbed to you for this w/o watching the video yet. I hope to god you continue this as I consider my self fat (120 lbs almost 17 yrs old) and I want to shed the fat in my stomach! Another thing is... how can we "build our chests"? I have a high testosterone level and I'm really bothered by that :(

      If you think you're fat you are delusional. Unless you are like 5"0, then that's still below average probably. High T doesn't keep you from building muscle either, so idk where you got that.

      From a stand point of getting back into a work out life style it's a start. You would still want to run because it will help you lose weight and actual make you feel better and more vibrant. But for a 16 year old it would be a good thing to do

    Let me know how it goes (Looking forward during the push up). This should also allow you do go deeper into the pushup since you're not looking directly down. I'd like to get your opinion or see if you notice a difference.
