Actually when you get behind Changli's fast,bouncy,jiggly and flashy skills she's really easy to use and can be more complicated if someone is into combo mix-ups and stuff like that. Her playstyle is simple E then Normal attack x2, normal attack 5 x2 use heavy attack, use liberation use heavy attack, wash rinse repeat

for casual players yes, but to make like good optimal combo you'll need some practice especially with Changli Havoc Rover/Encore Verina Quick Swap team
For me jinhsi is so much better and easier to play than Changli, to maximize dps output, Changli is similar to Calcharo where you shouldn't mash random buttons and have a dedicated long combo to do it, also getting interruped in her rotation messes up big damage out of her maximum damage output just like calcharo, so quick swapping always the best way. Her FC, skill, basic attack conquest can be swap cancelled. Also any mistakes in the combo will result in a dps loss that's why utilize her forte so any bar doesn't go to waste. Very different from Jinhsi where she's comfortable and has a simple fixed combo that has consistent damage in her nuke, the problem is if your nuke from Jinhsi doesn't crit, rip. Different from Changli where most of her dps are allocated between forte, skills, and liberation. I like changli's playstyle because its fun, fuck meta. Jinhsi is imo so much more comfortable though 2 If ur an f2p with a shit luck and don't know you should pull. Encore with stringmaster is better than Changli with her signature and enough to clear content. This diminishes as they unlock sequences though since Encore s6 is only 27% stronger than her s0. Meanwhile Changli's s6 almost doubles up her damage from s0 3 Both of Jinhsi and Changli will be futureproof even though Jinhsi is a dps and we all know dps gets powercrept. But the comfortability, easy rotation and utilizing supports through her kit is how she will still shine. Sequence 0 Jinhsi is stronger than s4 Changli, insane. Changli has more longevity since she's very flexible, can be played whatever u want, she can run solo and deal more damage than Jinhsi and Jiyan because she's an independent woman and still has so much potential locked behind future updates. TL;DR: pull tf you want, both of them are futureproof and really similar in the meta, Jinhsi for comfortability/damage and Changli for meta potential/aesthetics. If ur f2p, stringmaster encore is stronger than changli with signature.
The thing is jinshi u can play awful and have skill issue, and still get 90% of her dps. Whereas Changli u lose alot of dps if u dont play well, and even her max dps still isnt as good as jinhsi. But of course its unfair to compare her to a magistrate lol, she's about jiyan level
I think changli is the coolest character in wuwa. She is very simple to play and understand but you can optimize her playstyle so much. She has a super high skill ceiling while being noobg friendly. The best character imo tho, gotta be jiyan. He does amazing dmg, has really easy parry windows and grouping.
Changli has massive dmg output so she should be op u can't judge her like that she is a ss tier chracter and second most powerful chracter after jinshi
changli has the navia problem: her best teammate would be herself. we basically need to wait for kuro to release a character that works exactly like changli, who will then be changlis best partner
Verina still gonna be op until 2 more supports come out. You need 2 for tower if you use 1 in 2 of the stage 4 and 1 for the middle tower. She will be op for a long time.

Oh my God, thank you for putting LingYang in A tier😭, people complain too much about his kit, i mean you can loose a lot of dps just by dodging, and he requires a lot of ER and staff, he still can clear content, sure he is not the best, and maybe not even decent, but he does not deserve super low positions in tier lists cuz he is still playable, if you can't use him or admit that he can clear high lvl content just use better characters. And in the end all of the standart characters will be powercrept, but i won't regret pulling him twice and buying his resonance chains because i love him and he is fun to play.

I would say no to that, Technically both resonators deal the same amount of damage however, Jiyan's main source of damage is his resonance liberation, while Jinhsi's dmg comes from her resonance skill In conclusion, Jiyan and Jinhsi deals the same amount of damage as I said before and the difference is that Jiyan is slower because his damage comes over time through his resonance liberation, Jinhsi can deliver a quick powerful nuke that deals 200K+ dmg in an instant, that is the only difference I see

As I mentioned before, most of Jiyan's damage comes from his resonance liberation and in ToA, you start with a free resonance liberation activated and of course Jiyan rotation will be faster in ToA, try comparing them in tactical holograms with no concerto, no resonance liberation etc, both characters have their own strengths and weaknesses

becoz chang li use more skill and less basic attack, mortefi ult gives 1 coordinated attk to basic and 2 coordinated attk to heavy. So mortefi being there is just like wasted potential.

I do not but if you farm the echo called Bell-Borne Geochelone the big turtle in the open world get Healing bonus main stat level that up go to her forte which is the skill tree level up the healing bonus skills in there as far as gameplay when you see the circle glowing for her switch to her press skill jump basic attack in the air gives you healing press the echo skill for a mini barrier and press ult when near the enemy then switch to your main Dps and just go ham and you will be healing like crazy hope this explanation helped

He is but he is BIS for Jiyan mainly and BIS for Jianxin as a main dps however due to most people not playing her that way kind of makes it irrelevant There are other BIS for the other top Dps Jinhsi has YuanWu Changli has Chixia and on top of that Yinlin besides the electro comps where she will always be BIS is more versatile and him being a 4 star means he will lose his job soon to a new sub dps/buffer he still an amazing 4 star but not enough for me to move him to S-tier hope this explained it well

How is it that Encore, whose kit is focused on basic attack damage, has a higher skill scaling than Changli? This also extends to Changli's basic attacks, which shouldn't be OP by any means, but it's among the lowest out of any of the game's current "main damage dealers". Why is it 20% lower than Jinhsi unenhanced basic attacks when Changli is more vulnerable? Having to dodge interrupts her forte stacking, whereas it doesn't affect Jinhsi's time to enter her enhanced state. I just feel Kuro played it too safe with Changli's multipliers when she already takes much more effort to optimize her play. High-risk should be rewarded, not penalized.
Most likely a unit that gets better with time because no one in the game can really utilize her kit so she’s more of a luxury character and I’m all in got her and her weapon now I wait until scar release

I agree because you may get stacks fast but to optimize and get her dmg up and maximize her dmg potential you'll need more skill like more.
