- Fixing the soft brakes on the 2023 ford ranger tremor. Its a known issue that these have soft brakes from the factory sometimes. It’s a pretty simple fix, but sometimes it can cause some issues.
We also ceramic coat the truck. It's amazing how the coating wakes up the plastics.
Application of the coating is easy, apply it, wait for it to flash then take it off. It really makes the paint pop, and makes cleaning a lot quicker.
Nice looking Truck!
I bought a 2023 ranger tremor xlt package and it's the best midsize truck I've ever had that's the truth ❤
i have a 23 xlt fx4 . the truck overall is great . but the brakes are horrible! I've owned 17 new cars and it's in my top 2 for sponge brake feel. the ride quality is an A+, and it's pretty quick! so to me, after 11 months of ownership its a 8 out of 10.
id agree, the brakes are terrible, i found some gap between the rear pads and rotors and thinks thats helping to cause the issue. Ride is really good.
Does the 2021 have the same brake issue? Just bought one and noticed the brakes arent that good.
That a beautiful truck, thar the one I really want someday
you have to rest the ABS module after you do a ythe bleed, or you get what you got.
What is the fix, couldn't exactly hear what you said.
Abs bleed either on forscan or IDS
Did you say there is a TSB for the mushy brakes? If so any idea of the TSB number?
There should be one. Ford hasn’t officially set one yet. Not enough people have gotten it warranty yet.
What ceramic coating did you use and application tools?
Adams polishes. I’ll be making a video of that coming up
If get out for some wheeling with it let me know. I’ll bring over the Badlands Bronco. 👍🏻
Heck yea. I’ll let you know. Trying to get it out sometime soon
I get about 21+ mpg combined and 25 mpg freeway with my 2021 XLT 4x4
I’ve noticed the tremor gets worse gas mileage due to the bigger tires and lift.
FDRS, not IDS
