My heavy weights got ruined in the rain, so I’ve only had my fives til I get more. I have been doing the lightweight barre. I didn’t realise how much you can work the upper body as I do now. Also, those leg positions are killers for the legs! This is a total body workout. And ladies do the stretching at the end because I didn’t the other day and you talk about sore legs! Wow!
OMG too bad on the weights getting ruined. Happy your still able to hit those arms with this workout. YES Stretching aids in having a little less soreness. 😘
